PO Match Studio is a paid, local-first purchase order matching workspace for small businesses, shop teams, receiving desks, operations managers, and bookkeepers who need to compare PO, delivery, and invoice details before closeout. Create manual PO packets with vendor, buyer, receiving reference, invoice reference, terms, line items, PO quantity, received quantity, invoice quantity, unit cost, variance level, owner, notes, closeout checks, readiness score, copy-ready packet text, and CSV export. The Board highlights the packet blocking AP closeout, the owner who needs to clear the variance, open variance count, estimated variance risk, and the next approval action before AP follow-up. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not connect to bank accounts, card accounts, accounting platforms, inventory systems, purchase order systems, email, cloud drives, scanners, cameras, OCR, payment tools, AI services, or external services. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, compliance, accounting, reimbursement, payment, procurement, or professional advice.
