Constantly won't load the camera so totally useless
SAYS REAL IDS ARE “unknown”
i use this for work and the app won’t scan real IDs properly and claims that the ID is unknown and the camera doesn’t even focus properly

I have just received my new Citizen Card, came quicker than allotted time pleased about that. Download the App tried out the validation of card , came up as a fake card!! On getting the card and knowing the importance of it I would have thought the powers that be would have my details on their database with immediate effect. This appears NOT to be the case GET IT SORTED

Works like a charm
Use it for work, have scanned 2 ID’s that came back as fake, one of which was a test on a card I knew was fake. Of the other multiple cards I have scanned the rest have come back as valid. Some salty children rating 1 star because they lost their fake ID.
Incorrect Identification
Says my ID is fake even though I got it from the legitimate CitizenCard website.

I work in the hospitality industry and this app allowed me to start accepting citizenship cards etc, found quite few fake ones. Had none these issues other folk have suspect they just bit angry there 30 quid id they bought from someone is fake

Since the recent update they have for some reason messed with the camera settings, good luck trying to get a in focus picture of an ID with the flash on full torch mode and the camera trying to focus 6ft away.
Why they don’t just use the built in camera app is absolutely beyond me, or at least let us take a picture with the normal one and verify it with theirs.

Real card fake
Says my real card is fake sort this out
What’s happened
This app was brilliant before the update. Now I can not use it what so ever as I can not turn of the light and no there is no toggle button for the light to be switched off. I have an iPhone 8 . This app was important for my job. Can we have a toggle button please

Awful got turned away with my real card it said it was fake! I can’t get a drivers license and I’m not bringing out my passport with me where ever I go. This is ridiculous! Needs to be sorted
Doesn’t work
My real card didn’t get authorised by the app but possible something to do with not having it connected to the app? Need to start bringing out a UV light with me so I get separated from the fakes
