Easy to Use
This app is great, one of the best restaurant apps i’ve seen. Makes it super easy to order and earn loyalty.
Extremely Buggy
Took me about 15 minutes to successfully place an online order. The app takes about 5 seconds to add each item to your cart. If you remove items from your cart the total doesn’t update. I was almost charged twice my order amount. The only way to reset the price is to completely close out of the app each time you make a change. You then have to wait through the extremely slow startup process.

Easy ordering, love the loyalty
Super easy to order from the app, was able to use Apple Pay and get points for every order that I can use for free items in the future. Definitely recommend. VIP experience.
Nice app
I use it every time I order food from them and have earned tons of points - more free food for me! Looking forward to their new features.
Embarrassing App
The app is a master class on how not to build an app. The app forces me to re log-in repeatedly. Also, while the app shows you your past orders, there is no re-order option, which means that I have to manually enter in my regular order every time. Also, while ordering, there is no option to add special instructions. At a minimum, they need to add in the re-order option.

Wowowow can't rave about this app enough. As a long time customer of poached, i already knew the food was great and this app just made to 10x easier to order. Quick account creation process, clean design and I'm getting points every order!
