Choose from a variety of app themes to create an environment that feels right for you. When you're ready to listen, there are two ways to begin: **Choose Destination** lets you select a single soundscape and loop it continuously for a session of your chosen length. **Plan Journey** creates a guided listening session by randomly selecting soundscapes tagged with the Filter you choose.
