App only crashes
The app keeps freezing and crashing. It's all it does. It will not allow me to view data. App does not work anymore. There's no purpose to the ring anymore without a reliable app. At most, it worked good for the first 3 weeks but now all it does is crash
Connectivity issues.
Ring never connects. At this point it’s just a ring.

The ring is good Loved the app at first now the last few months the cannot get the app to load any information. Looking at other options.
Has Potential
The POBOVi Ring itself is great, and I’ve been very happy with the device. Unfortunately, the app still needs quite a bit of improvement. It frequently freezes, making it impossible to view or access your health data until it starts working again.
The concept and overall functionality have a lot of potential, and I can see the vision behind it. With continued development and improved stability, I believe the app could become an excellent companion to an already impressive ring. Right now, the hardware outshines the software.

Constantly Freezes
Have to open and close it like 8 times just to scroll through data
The app is poor
I love the ring but the app is terrible. It freezes all the time and doesn't work properly.
Glitches. Freezes. Sucks.
I’ve had my ring going on 6 months now and have done the few updates for this app that they’ve had and it seems like the app gets worse with each update. Makes having the ring useless.
This app sucks
The few times it works it does ok, but most of the time the ring is unbounded with no reason, you try to measure and the app is not responsive, no alerts or phone notifications what so ever. A waste of time
Pointless
I loved this for the first couple of months. Then you updated it and I haven’t been able to use it ever since. I open the app and the screen OSS frozen. No matter what I do it’s frozen. Waste of money
App Needs Work
I loved this when I first got it but then they overhauled the app and it has been a disaster. It is difficult to follow and ALWAYS loses connectivity and freezes. Please fix the app!!! It is worthless in its current state (June 2026). Very glitchy is not acceptable.
Can be great
Needs improvement, sleep tracking continuously monitors after taking a nap, and nap should be on nap not on sleep side.
New layout is awful
I really enjoyed this ring and the app. Unfortunately the new layout is horrible. It takes too long to load, it always freezes, and I hate the fact that I need to go to a separate page to view everything and measure my heart rate. It takes too long.
App Issues
The ring itself is pretty, but the app never works. i go to check my sleep and stress scores the most and the app never works. it sits frozen for the whole time im in the app and i cannot click on any of the icons to track my things. it used to work when i first got it, and it no longer does, nor does it track my things. very disappointing.

Not Good
The ring itself seems to be fine but the app is terrible. 90% time it doesn’t connect to the app. When it does I don’t think it is very accurate. At the point I just use it as a ring and don’t bother to charge it. Save your money.
It’s so glitchy
I love my ring and the app has so much potential. However, my main issue is connectivity. Every time I open the app there is a popup that says “network request failed”consistently before syncing and just keeps popping up as I navigate the app, it’s so frustrating. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unbinding and then rebinding the ring, and still same popup. I really hope the bugs get fixed because I’m beginning to regret my purchase.

Need to Edit
I would like the ability to edit the sleep, duration. Sometimes my job requires for me to be sitting for long periods of time & to be reading. This leads to my ring thinking I’m sleeping. Sometimes I remember to take the ring off, but most of the time I forget, because the whole purpose of the ring is to wear it & forget it. So if I could just edit out the periods where it either thinks I’m in REM sleep & I’m wide awake reading, or it adds large swaths of ‘awake’ time in between tiny amounts of sleeping to what was my previous night’s sleep, that would be amazing.

App updates made ring useless
Since the last 2 updates apple health does not register anything from your ring. You updated it again today and it's still not working at all. You made it junk!!!!
Ring Will Not Stay Connected
Did the upgrade and ring will not stay connected. Also the instructions to restart the ring, press the button, there is no button on my charger. Unfortunately now this ring is just junk!

Why on earth would you update this app? It’s not working anymore, it freezes and doesn’t track my sleep! This needs to be improved asap, really liked the previous version, please do something with this.
Update is horrible
Loved the ring when I first got it but since the update, it is basically useless. App never works and when it does most of the features freeze when you try to view them. Definitely going to return the ring.
