Don’t pay for photocard that you sell
I think it's too absurd that the application takes too long to pay you for the photocards that you sell directly to the app literally I waited about a month and I just don't get the deposit if you're going to sell photocard that it's from another app because Pocamarket is not too recommendable literally I threw all my money in the trash for selling here in the application it seems as if the photocards I sold here have been given away 😣 I never sell here again but the only good thing that the application has is that if it sends you in good condition the photocards you buy and makes worldwide shipments of course only if you buy with them I hope and fix the error they have with the deposit of the sellers 😣🤞🏻

Return cards
I mean no offense to anyone, but it pretty stupid how we can’t return our cards unless it seriously damaged. If it minor damage or seriously damaged it doesn’t matter, people don’t want their cards THAT THEY PAY FOR TO BE DAMAGED. Either way the apps is okay, but needs a lot to improve.
SCAMMERS
I bought a Iroha card but when I thought it would send to me it said I had to pay the shipping fee and it never gave me my money back!!!!!!
So bad for sellers
I could not receive my money from payout for TWO times and I had to write an email. I had to wait for more than TWO MONTHS to get my money. It is a terrible app for sellers.

Great to find rare photocards, not a scam, all cards are good only one had minor scratches but you can’t see it that well. Please add TripleS!
Good but needs improvement
Decent app/site but could use some quality of life changes/UX improvements. Like why is there a max limit on how many things you can have in your wishlist? Also you can’t exit some screens when you enter them, forcing you to close the app. Looking forward to continuing to use the app but please fix these things.

money grabber
i brought the photocard thinking it would just be delivered as no where does it say otherwise then i click on my oerfect to see i have to pay and additional 20 pounds? not happy at all.

I try to log back in but it won’t let me I have to create a new account I don’t know why can you please fix this for people that are already user
fair fees and gives peace of mind
i really love that they added the shopping cart, definitely makes things way easier. and the fees aren’t too bad, it’ll you’re buying a pc, there’s usually some kind of fee anyways and you know the cards are real. but please please when you add money to your account make it so we can do a specific amount. i hate that it’s only in 5’s 😭 sometimes i only need a very specific amount and it’s really annoying especially when it’s time to ship out my cards and i end up having leftover money in my account :( PLEASE CHANGE THIS 🙏

This terrible app logs me out every single time. It's very annoying and I usually don't use it because of that. Also it isn't upfront about the service fees.

‘New users get a free photo card!’ with the purchase of another pc. then you have to charge more on your account for enough money for the og pc. then you purchase it all! yay! there goes your $5. then you go to ship your stuff. i expected it to be $1-5. you don’t pay for shipping until you’ve spent money for the product. THEN WHAT? YOU FIND OUT SHIPPING IS $30?? WITH NO WARNING BC UNITED STATES WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR NORMAL SHIPPING AND ONLY EXPRESS IS AVAILABLE? OKAY WELL YA CULDVE MENTIONED THAT. BECAUSE NO ONE IS TRYING TO SPEND $40 FOR THREE PHOTOCARDS!!! RANDOM free photocard
so when I downloaded this app there was a promotion saying ‘You can get a free photocard’ which sounded amazing to me (a new kpop fan with no merch or anything) so I decided to download it and sign up. At first when I made my first account my phone was lagging and so it when it selected explore photo cards it picked a random one and I assumed I misclicked, I decided to make a new account and when I read the explanation of the free photocards it said something along the lines of ‘you pick your group and bias and we give you a free photocard’ but when I tried yet again it gave me a random photocard for a group I don’t enjoy properly and the member wasn’t even my favorite! Its very misguided seeing as a free photocard seems like a good deal but it isn’t really if the photocard is of someone you don’t really care for..

Removed a useful feature
Generally satisfied with pocamarket, but I’m not sure why you’re no longer able to tap to see the details of the photocards you already purchased? This was definitely something that was possible before, and it was super useful for planning which parts of my collect book to ship next to continue my collection in an organized way. Now I just have to work off of memory or try to find the cards again manually which is super time consuming and inconvenient.

THE APP IS VERY GOOD BUT ONE PROBLEM
i purchased my first card everything was good until it didn’t tell me the package was at my mail it said in transit but anyway the package was safe :)

so they do sell photocards and they are legit. but you have to add money to your wallet, THEN pay for shipping after they charge you for purchasing a card. Basically they don’t even tell you the shipping fees before you actually buy a photocard. it’s $12 for shipping btw.
and if you want a refund you have to wait 7 days?!
