Nothing in the ads stated there was a subscription required to get the full potential of this device. I saw this as something that could help me. I am so disappointed in this purchase now. The device is expensive and the yearly subscription costs more than the device.
Incredible time saver
I can’t believe how quickly it records then organizes meeting notes and physicians instructions. I recorded a club meeting and got incredibly organized set of notes. No typing on my part, nor organizing what the note should contain and how it should be presented.
This is working amazingly
If you’re looking for something simple and easy to work with and to record all of your calls, your meetings, short notes. This is the device for you.
Syncing takes hours
This would be awesome but it’s so hit and miss on syncing. I had a 43 second recording that took over 12 hours to sync.
I’m in Awe
I am a diligent note taker but it takes a long time to write and also make bullet points about each little thing and dissect each point in handwriting. With Pocket it’s changed my entire direction and I am more efficient, can keep up with legit everything from it importing to my calendar, recording my meetings and automatically creating my to-do list so that NOTHING is missed!

This is a gem! The product comes in a simple, Apple-type box, with minimal instructions (because you don’t need them). It is well built, mag safe, and…. IT WORKS!
The AI is amazing.
But most of all, their support is top-notch. Just shoot them an email and they’ll get back to you pronto.

Absolute life enhancer
I am not proud in admitting that I am clinically diagnosed adhd. It has caused constant disruption throughout my life, work, relationships.
With a mind racing 1000 thoughts in a single second, I often get excited with new ideas but never follow through with them simply because 999 other thoughts have passed by since. It also causes me to forget a lot of important things that I need to remember. I’ve even been in a conversation with someone and during that time I would tell myself “this is important so pay attention to what they are telling you!”. But I watched them speak for 10 minutes and didn’t retain a single thing because I was too busy thinking about “remember to listen to them”.
Pocket helps me prompt me with notes of important discussions and breaks it down into mind maps and to do lists.
It also helps me revisit new exciting ideas when I’m brainstorming to myself out loud.
I find it more effective than any medication on the market.

Nobody tells you that you have to spend $250 a year IN ADDITION to the hardware
Honestly, what’s the point my phone is the hardware. Why do I spend $150, and then it’s basically a recorder without any of the additional pocket pro which is WAY too much when you have to buy the hardware. What’s the point??

Maybe not as easy as a hang around you neck and forget, but attached to phone carry with all the time, captures everything. Summarized and having transcription. Great tool

All I can say is WoW. It is amazing. I bought it with some skepticism. I have now used it for 4 meetings. Not disappointed, exceeds all expectations.

Terrible experience
One star: Repeated delays, poor customer service, and no refund after they received my return
I ordered a Pocket device on May 13, 2026. The company accepted my payment, but failed to deliver the product within the expected timeframe. I was initially led to expect that it would arrive around June 10. Pocket later admitted that it had underestimated demand and run out of inventory, and I was given another estimated shipping date of June 12.
The company had already taken my money, yet I was left dealing with changing delivery estimates caused by its own inventory and fulfillment problems.
The customer service throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Many of the responses felt automated, generic, and unresponsive to the concerns I was actually raising. I repeatedly questioned whether I was communicating with an AI or automated system and requested that the matter be escalated to a real person or supervisor.
Because of the delays, I requested reasonable compensation. I suggested several possible resolutions, including a partial refund, a year of Pocket Pro, or an extended warranty. The most Pocket would offer was three months of Pocket Pro and a two-year extended warranty.
While I was still dealing with the consequences of Pocket’s delayed fulfillment, the company began advertising a Father’s Day promotion. I asked Pocket to honor the promotional price or refund the difference. It refused.
That was particularly frustrating because I had ordered and paid earlier, but the company’s own failure to maintain sufficient inventory delayed my order. Pocket would not honor the lower promotional price, even though its own delays contributed directly to the timing of when I finally received the product.
I ultimately decided to return it.
USPS picked up the return package on June 29. The tracking showed a first attempted delivery on July 3, followed by successful delivery to the company on July 7.
As of July 13, Pocket has had the returned product for six days, but I still have not received my refund. At this point, the company has both the merchandise and my money.
My experience included:
* Pocket accepting my payment before it was able to fulfill the order.
* Multiple delays and changing delivery expectations.
* Pocket admitting that it underestimated demand and ran out of inventory.
* Customer-service responses that felt automated, generic, and unhelpful.
* Repeated difficulty getting meaningful assistance or escalation.
* An inadequate response to the inconvenience caused by the company’s delays.
* Refusal to honor a promotion that became available while I was dealing with those delays.
* Failure to issue my refund after USPS confirmed that the return was successfully delivered.
Companies sometimes experience inventory or shipping problems. What matters is how they handle those problems. In my case, Pocket’s communication, customer service, and handling of the return fell far below what I would expect from a company selling a premium-priced product.

It works!
I have now used the Pocket for a week and it really helps and saves a lot of time. It accurately picks up any conversation and summarises everything. I only had to make fine adjustments in one of them. Very impressive note taker indeed!
Told a mate about this and at first he was sceptical until I revised our conversation, sent him the summary n audio on email. He was sold! He is going to get one now.

Unable to manipulate data
I am attempting to manipulate a transcript just using the IOS app interface and asking the interface to explain how just keeps generating the same flawed procedures. I will update the app to see if that improves anything. I hope so. Very frustrating.
