I use it for estimates
I’m a contractor and take this on my bids. I don’t even take a notepad or anything. just turn this guy on and it gets everything I need in detail. It also gives me the source recording so I can go back and listen to the entire appointment. Have it on my phone so it records the 5 calls I get a day where i’m also walking those potential clients through the process and schedule times for an estimates. it’s always been super reliable. absolute game changer i love it this thing.

I seem to be spending more time charging it than using it
maybe I’m just not sophisticated enough for the device but I’m a pretty heavy AI user spent a lot of time on Google meet, teams and zoom calls and a lot of meetings in general but I can’t seem to get mine to work on a consistent basis. I haven’t figured it out yet. sadly, when I need it most it always seems to need a charge and so to have another device on top of my earbuds, cell phone, Mac NEO, iPad and MacBook Pro. I just don’t need the hassle. reminds me of my Apple Watch that I got rid of because I really can’t afford the time to be charging this every day. also, maybe they should’ve waited a little longer before releasing it because it might just be me, but it seems like there’s a lot of updates in the software.

Very nice, but expensive!
The little device works very well and really does a good job in taking notes however the yearly subscription is heavily overpriced. The company should look into that.

Surprised at how good it is…
Had a few issues with the Bluetooth connection during setup. This was however satisfactorily resolved with the Pocket support team. I found the support team, extremely responsive, willing to engage, and efficient.
I’m getting used to the device, and have the feeling that once I have gotten used to it, it will be an invaluable adjunct to how I manage life, and so far I have no regrets in having invested in the device. My way of evaluating purchases is to ask myself if I would buy the product again, and the answer in the case of the Pocket Device, is yes, I would.

Awesome piece of kit
Only got Pocket a week or so back and already I’m amazed at its ease of use, the features where it summarises conversations and allows me to review them after. If you haven’t got one, have a word with yourself, this thing is a game changer

Fantastic tool. I use it for client meetings, this allows me to focus on listening instead of taking notes and missing details. It also allows me to do the same during calls. The summary is outstanding. Also used to record my to do lists. I do not work with out this.

Do not buy at…
I purchase more than one from the original website. One of my priorities of this purchase was Buying one of them almost 2 weeks before my best friend birthday and give it to him on that day. Three weeks later, but I did find out that I’m getting a message. Do I confirm my order? WTH I’m being how ignorant or not possible are those guys who are selling it.
All capital letters I wrote email to them and I’m still waiting response to my question why my order wasn’t processed right away even though it was already charged and I received it more than a month later. So my advice for you is if you really wanna get this product buy it through someone who actually give a damn about their customers.
Maybe Amazon will be better…
