I have yet to find something I can’t use Pocket for!

The new desktop app has dramatically improved the potential uses without me having to invent workarounds for Zoom and Google calls.

Still very happy after a month
Purchased to help me keep up with a life that is just too busy. It helps me remember things and I love that it’s ready to record the random phone call I get while driving. I can’t write things down, but I can push a button. Definitely happy to see the frequent updates and bug fixes. If you want to be a power user, use the Claude integration so you can pull in your summaries with the rest of your AI workflows. Love that there’s not an ongoing subscription, and I’ve already recommended this to coworkers and upper management.

Great purchase
I am very happy with what this app is doing for memory recollection, confidence, and so much more. It is way more than I even thought. I was getting there such a fantastic app for summarizing things, putting things into perspective, reminding me of to do and so much more.
Pocket -1month Pro free
Upon my initial review of Pocket, I had believed that Pocket the core product transcribed conversations in real life that I would be able to see. At times information processing can still be a struggle. But I find out that live transcription is only available with Pro for an annual $199.99.

Not As Advertised
First, there’s no mention of a Pro version when buying the device until after you’ve purchased the hardware. That’s when you find out the product is a watered down version of what you think you are buying. There is no way to edit the summaries so spelling errors or assigned action items often disqualify the summary as a whole leaving the result unusable. Would not purchase again.

Awesome for those death and Hard of Hearing
Man, this device has made life so much easier for me. With a medical condition that I had two years ago, I was left with Hearing loss. It helps me remember everything that we discussed in conversation conversations and it helps me organize my day with it’s AI functionality.
Unexpected satisfaction
I had a conversation in Spanish solely hoping the conversation would be recorded. I was pleasantly surprised when the entire conversation had been translated and summarised accurately in to English.
poor user support
This isn’t working properly and I’m not getting anywhere with their support. Specifically the 7-day Train Your Pocket banner/card disappeared after day three. They keep telling me they can’t reset it and I tell them it disappeared before I could complete it.

Life-changing for my workflow
It’s so nice to speak or record work meetings, have them auto-summarized for a quick follow up, action items, etc. I’m also using it a LOT personally.
Unresponsive developer
App now keeps crashing and doesn’t open, it also keeps erroring on updating the pocket wifi update. I cannot sync voice recordings using WiFi so it takes forever. I reached out to the developer a few times, and while they’re somewhat responsive, they haven’t really helped resolve the issue.

On countless meetings this service has inaccurately reported the content of the meetings and the agreed upon deliverables. Thank god I still take notes by hand!
The right word is streamline
I really appreciate how Pocket streamlined my process at work. I am thankful for the time it saves me when taking notes and honestly it does a better job than I can haha. Would recommend
App problems
This worked great for what I needed but the app keeps crashing. It won’t even open. 😮💨
App not working
Bought the device and set it up on a Friday. Monday when I went to use it, the app won’t launch. Tried restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling app, clearing cache, nothing is working. Kind of a useless product at this point
Wish I had Pocket years ago!
Pocket has been a game changer for me. I would forget so many great ideas but now I just take my Pocket out and start recording. I love so much about it, but my favorites are the summaries of my ideas and the suggestions made to help me think even deeper.
