Dysfunctional App

I used to use this app for years previously, it worked fine for the most part among a few crashes when opening which were harmless.

Now I go to use it and they’ve raised the price + the app simply doesn’t save any of the work or animations I input into each exercise. It does the same thing when I try to draw it as well.

I didn’t mind paying the price but now I certainly do given the app no longer works properly. I had loads of sessions on this app. Very disappointing how it’s changed.

Why do I have to pay?

It only let’s you have 3 players without paying which is an outrage because I don’t want to spend my money on some tactic app it’s a disgrace!

Solid first half……sloppy second

Have tried a number of coaching drill apps, was really growing to like the optionality of this app, however it is like a console game where every element is a DLC option at $10.00 a hit. Every progression or new setup I’m told the free versions limited, the app is inconsistent and requests me to buy the full version when I’ve already paid. The customer support have been terrible. Four weeks on an no response. The ability to integrate it with larger apps are limited and the options yo set up structured packages or folder structures make this frustrating if you are meticulous with filing.

Buttons don’t make sense

It has a delete button, a play button, and an OK button. Stop skips to the end. With weird icons.

Needs to be:
⏪ = go to prior step (don’t erase anything!)
⏩ = go to next step
▶️/⏸ = play / pause from current step
To erase a movement, tap a player without dragging an arrow.

Could add 2 more buttons:
⏮ = go to start (don’t erase anything!)
⏭ = go to end

If all that is in purchased version, great. But without it in free version, you’re losing 99% of potential customers. The 3 move limit in free is understandable.

I think this app is absolutely superb and all a small cost to unlock all features.

Easy to use after a bit play and can it see it being very additive and beneficial

Great basic coaching app

Very new to the app at the min, however I can’t find out how to create text boxes on the drill pages.

Text annotations on drill pages are not yet available, but they are planned. In the meantime, you can use separate notes, add images, and use the drawing (pencil) tools to complement your drills. Neat Idea, Needs Better Features

I love the idea of this app. It’s a great tool for any Coach for teaching, learning, and connecting. I do wish with the creation of drills/ game play, there was more editing options, like being able to type worlds at different parts of the video (like you can do with tik tok). On tik tok, you can choose the where you want your text to be and how long you want it to show for). It’d be a great way to show progression of a drill and I’m sure other things.

Loving it so much I upgraded! I just wish there were more features and accessibility.

Unusable

Just paid £5.99 and I cannot use the app at all, there is no way to create and sessions and all tabs come up with blank screens

Free Version is Useless!

Without the upgrade for $5.99, there’s not enough functionality to even decide if the app is worth the money. You can only put three objects on a field, can’t customize a player and can’t save animation. Basically pay 5.99 or don’t get this app. I’m not paying 6$ to find out I don’t like the app.

Good app but can improve

Just what I was looking as a coaching tool. An improvement can be the option to type two letters in the player marker. It’s only numbers. I coach 7/8 year olds. We talk positions (backs, wings, etc). It would be great to identify position.

Great app that removes the difficulty of trying to interpret text only explanations of the drill.

Great possibilities

The bare bones of the app are easy to use. The developer is responsive and look forward to seeing how it develops. I am actively encouraging other coaches to try this. Using for Grassroots level coaching currently.

Super useful coaching aid

High quality app. The tutorial is awesome. It's powerful but easy to pick up. My only critique is that it's keeps referring to "football" in the American market, where we call it "soccer."
