PocketCouncil puts a private boardroom of AIs on your phone. Pick up to three on‑device models (including GGUF models you download from Hugging Face Hub), watch them debate your question, see their peer rankings, and get a single chaired answer—without sending your conversation to the cloud. What you can do: • Browse and download GGUF models from Hugging Face Hub (optional token for gated/licensed models you have access to). • Download compact models (Qwen 0.6B/1.7B/4B, Gemma 3 1B/4B, Phi-3 Mini) and run them locally. • Start a new conversation, choose your council members and chair, and kick off a three-stage debate: responses, peer rankings, then a synthesized final reply. • View each persona’s “thinking” and the aggregate ranking before the chair answers. • Works offline once models are downloaded; history stays on-device via local storage. • No accounts or analytics; terms and privacy live in-app. Designed for privacy-first brainstorming, writing help, and on-the-go use when you don’t have a signal. PocketCouncil is a single-turn experience—one prompt per chat—built for clarity and speed on modern devices.
