Pocket: DR-16 is a drum machine for iOS. Sixteen steps. Three synthesized drums: kick, snare, closed hat. Turn macro A to shift pitch across the pattern, macro B to dial in decay. Watch the character dance on the LCD display it moves to your beat. Every fader detent snaps with haptic feedback; end-of-range hits with a thunk; drag past the edge and rubber-band resistance kicks in. Tap grid, twist faders, record loops as audio files. No menu deep-dives, no presets to hunt through. Open it, make a beat in ten seconds, export and move on. Native synthesis, offline-only, no accounts, no network.
