There’s a few things I wish were in the game like career ending injuries and older or better QBs mentoring the younger qb but this game is still awesome

I’ve been playing this series for years now. It’s simple. This is the best football GM sim you’re going to find. No need to look anymore. The game is immersive and the Reddit community is active. It’s a good grab. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks on the bundle. No cash grab here. Just a straight up, good game

Solid game. I’d like to see top 10 in stats, like leaders in yards, tackles, int, tds, etc. HOF needs a slight overhaul. Other than that can’t wait for future updates!
Holdouts!
Fix the holdouts. These bums don’t get to accrue a year of service if they hold out all year. Also, the salary cap should index for inflation if they just are going to demand more money every time they serve out a contract. Otherwise, great game
I love this game
This is my favorite football managing game OAT, with Football GM / Zen GM right behind it. A few qualities that Football GM does have that PGM3 does NOT, is more in depth statistics tracking (I would love for this to be in game but it’s hard on mobile I’m sure), I also wish there was a little more evenness in playtime, for as weird as it is, in football GM, everyone on the team records stats but with PGM3, it’s really only the first 2 players unless there’s an injury. That all said, those aren’t major gripes, this game is worth it

Perfect Football Manager Game
It’s the perfect football sim game. So much autonomy and detail. The only change I would make would be allowing the CPU to all have no salary limits if you turn salary off. It can feel unrealistic when some of the top players in the league are free agents. That issue has definitely decreased but I think it’d be a good change. It’d also make the game more competitive

Hands down the BEST football sim on the App Store. I’ve dumped hundreds of hours into this game and regret none of it. If you are looking for a team building football sim this is your game!
Time for a 4th Generation
Love this game. Time for an update and/or 4th version.
Some obvious upgrades would include... Uniform/color pallet editing. Some teams don’t have the right color pallet - ATL jumps out - primary color is black, not red. Would be fun to toy with those combinations.
Optional Expansion Teams could add another layer of fun and help with the glut of high quality FA late in the game.
Expansion of name database to include some fun alternate names/nicknames would be great. Generated prospect storylines would be a great draft-level addition that could carry through the game (à la Madden 12 draft classes).
Ability to promote and relegate coaching/scout/physio candidates. A lot of former HCs should qualify for OC/DC roles and not just rot on the HC roster.
Ability to call a run or pass on offense or elect for a long range FG instead of a punt.

Dangerously Addicting
This game single-handedly destroyed my sleep schedule. I stayed up way too late playing in bed and showed up to work exhausted. Totally worth it.

Make pocket gm college football edition, I think it could be fun! And on the pgm3 football you should add an adjusting cap just as it does in the NFL. Every year it could go up a small percentage to allow you to resign your guys.
