Kids will love it

I thought that I could use this in an attempt to have a fun way to make going to sleep exciting when I only want to stay awake longer and longer and longer, with ADHD. It’s just very difficult and a few other things… I was hoping it would be like the Water llama app which is been great in helping me drink water and I was hoping it would be similar, but it’s not and unfortunately I paid for the subscription so now I’m out that money and I’m really sad that this didn’t really work for me… By the way the if you’re a kid, I’d give it a four or a five stars but if you’re an adult, I’m gonna stick with my one star.

Very sweet and fun game.

I love caring for my koala. I wish I could change my khronotype to the exact time I wake up and go to bed but other than that it's perfect. I love the lantern feature. It's relaxing and I love seeing everyone's thoughts for the day.

Good but buggy and feels incomplete

I love the structure of this app however I have a few issues with it. The first one being that it’s pretty buggy. I’ve been trying for days now to upgrade my dream catcher (I will literally pay to do it) but when I click the button to upgrade it just closes without giving me an option to do so. I can’t find how to pay for it at all. Another bug is that there always seems to be a notification on the lanterns that I can never get to go away for no reason. I love the character too but I wish there was a little more to do for Kado like I wish I could dress him up or change his room. It makes me a little sad that the only thing I can do with sleep miles is change the color :(

It is very good

It helped my a lot with the stress of life and sleep thank you and you are loved

Lantern activity

It’s a very comforting app to help with winding down and de-stressing for the evening as well as developing a sleep pattern. I used to really enjoy watching the animation of the lantern floating away after writing on the lantern. Unfortunately now the lantern you write on doesn’t float away and only appears on the screen stationary and stays as more of a written note. Would love to see the feature of writing on the lantern and letting it float away return in the app.

Brad‘s review

Hello, my name is Brad. I am a blind and visually impaired user. I use a screen reader on my phone called voiceover voice is a screen reader that reads textual elements on the screen as you swipe left and right on your phone screen, it will read the blocks of texts and lines of text on the screen to select a textual item. You double tap it on the screen. Well, in this app, feeding the koala is not accessible to me since I am blind also riding lanterns isn’t accessible. I really want to use this app. I’ve listened to the music and it’s super peaceful so I really want these issues. Issues issues to get fixed.

Doesn‘t work on my device

Everytime when opening the App it asks to collect bonus. I cannot collect it (the buttons don’t work, and can’t close the window) and can’t continue to use it

Unreliable

Ran ok until Day 9 it updated and got miles screwed up and dropped a day
Today it reset miles again to zero abd needed to feed kado twice after I sent him for adventure this morning
Not boding well
Got some glitches
This is a paid app otherwise so long as it helps me wind down I dont care
Get it straightened out for prime time thanks

Helped a lot

This app has helped so much, definitely recommend for people with ADHD

Not sure how this helps

Seems you have to pay the subscription to get anything out of it

So cute

This is such a cute idea and it feels like a little relaxing game. I look forward to my here everyday! I would recommend for sure

Stopped Using Because It Can’t Be Concurrently Used With Other Apps

I used meditation app Headspace to fall asleep, and I can’t have Pocket Kado running in the background after I put Kado to sleep if I switch to Headspace. Pocket Kado did help me get my sleep schedule back on track when I first started using it though, so when in a bind do try it!

Doesn’t work correctly

Every other night I use this app and put Kado to sleep the app doesn’t work. I put him to sleep and set the phone down and when the phone sleeps Kado wakes up. He’s supposed to stay asleep as long as there isn’t another app opened. Kado waking up every time the phones screen shuts off completely ruins the point of this app.

no Nightshift hours

This app is a wonderful idea, but it doesn’t give any night shift hours for people that work overnight and sleep during the day because not everybody sleeps during the same hours.

I don't get it

A lot of money just to read a couple of things and feed a bear with points you must earn somehow.

Good, but a couple things

First, I wanted to give this as feedback in app since the original message minor enough that it doesn’t warrant an entire review, however the feedback feature (at least for me) doesn’t seem to be working. When I click feedback in settings, it gives me a couple prompt paragraphs (how likely are you to recommend and what’s the reason behind your score) but no way to answer or submit my response.
The actual reason I wanted to give feedback (sorry that this is minor but the feedback didn’t work) is that the note symbol to write a lantern blocks how many likes you have, and this is likely a very minor and very specific scenario, but I’ve noticed icons getting in the way of certain functions so do with that what you will.
Anyways, other than that the apps pretty great and I enjoy it. A lot of my issues are minor and more inconveniences than actual problems, so good job.
