Game is terrible, it takes 5-7 days for a opponent to match and after 7 days they cancel the match for you. Weird

I Deposited $5, & also got a $5 Bonus. That Was Cool. But Even Tho I have an account-& try to verify My Own Account; they Keep telling me, That this Account already Exist-But they still not letting me, Verify My Account: So I Can actually Play, for Money. Plus-Ur Guys App Says: in Order to withdraw Money from the account-U need to go to the “Main Menu”, & Hit “Withdraw”.?? Simple Right-But Wrong: No Where in this App, Do u guys even have a Main Menu bar; Nor is there any way, of Withdrawing the Money.? I Want to Withdraw the $10.00; & have My Credit/Debit Card Reimbursed, Please.? I Don’t want to play this Game, anymore. Thank U
