Love game just can’t get a few boss buones
I love the gameplay fun and simple, but my only issue is the library I cannot get some boss bones. Well, I tried to tap on the bonus for the boss. It just closes out.

Lost purchases and progress
I took a break after having fun with the game and even purchasing the no ad option but after the break I booted it up and lost all my progress the no ad purchase. I tried relogging in but it simply logs me in to a "new account" and when I tried going to support, they just threw me into a terms of service website.

Stole my money
I purchase the premium lifetime upgrade for this game and other gems and they deleted everything with an update. Multiple attempts to reach customer service have been unreturned
Had a level 70 and latest update erased everything
I enjoyed the older game a ton had a lot unlocked mostly legendary and a few relics and when I logged into the game today I lost everything including the paid version of the app and all my gear. Deves you need to bring back everything or refund everyone who paid for the no adds. Now the game is not fun and like everyone else is saying the adds make it unplayable.

Why has my account reset? I’m starting again from scratch because of updates, this is not how a game should operate

After a few games it forces you to watch ads before you can continue your game.
Wiped all progress
Update wiped all progress and purchases, it’s been weeks and no update

Cannot collect bounties on the possessed bulldozer.
Account just vanished
I’ve had an account for a little while, enjoy the game on and off, got pretty far in the game bought the premium no ads micro transaction and today I came back to see that it was simply gone. Poof like it never existed. Game ran me through the tutorial again and yeah that’s it, my account is simply gone, all my progress and more irritatingly the money I spent is now in the trash. So definitely can’t recommend at this point.

Lost all my progress
After the update, I lost everything on the app. Everything. Purchases and all progress. I was enjoying this game. Developers better make this right. I see lots of other reviews saying the same.
Deleted account
I had an account that was lvl 30 ish and had purple gear and 2 pieces of s rank gear(gloves and helmet I think) and I went to log in last week and my account wasn’t there. It tried to make me make a new account so I went through the tutorial thinking it was just a bug and nope it really deleted my whole account that I put weeks into. I’d love to continue playing but I can’t just start over. Would love to get this resolved and will change rating to a 5/5 stars if fixed.

Game sits for months with no updates… then I login and I have to start at the beginning? Forgets I already paid for no ads? You jokers are lame. Deleted.
Used to enjoy it
Game was fun from time to time, no new levels or challenges made it barely worth keeping. Most recent update wiped my entire account’s progress and premium status so I’ll be uninstalling after this review posts.
