About

Your running coach. In your pocket. Nowhere else. Pocket Pace builds a training plan for your next race and adjusts it after every run. The AI coach runs entirely on your iPhone: no cloud, no account, and it works offline. Your runs and heart rate stay yours. STARTS FROM HOW YOU ACTUALLY RUN Pocket Pace reads your past year of running from Apple Health and builds your plan from there. After a break, it eases you back in. Distances are whole kilometres you can actually run. YOUR NUMBERS, NOT FORMULAS Paces and heart rate zones come from your own measured thresholds: lab test, field test or your own values. No generic age formulas. ADAPTS AFTER EVERY RUN Tell the coach how a run felt and the plan adjusts, within safe limits on how fast training load ramps up. Move a run, change it or drop it. The coach shows you exactly what will change before anything does. PICK YOUR COACH Choose a coaching philosophy: 80/20 Polarized, Maffetone's MAF method or Jack Daniels' Running Formula. Your plan follows the approach you pick. A WHOLE SEASON Add your A, B and C races: a 10K tune-up, a half marathon, then the marathon you're aiming for. Pocket Pace plans the weeks between them. ASK, AND GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER "My legs feel heavy." "How is my week going?" Short, clear answers based on your plan and your runs. Anything you want the coach to remember is listed on your profile, and you can delete it any time. BUILT FOR APPLE WATCH Today's run on your wrist, one big number, step-by-step guidance with pace and heart rate targets, and quick effort feedback when you finish. For first 5Ks and fifth marathons alike. Pocket Pace is not a medical device. If you feel pain or have a health condition, talk to a doctor before you start training.
