About

Pocket Posture is a voice-guided posture training app. Put your phone aside, keep your eyes on your body, and follow the cues one rep at a time. 【Cues on the beat】 Each exercise is broken into steps, and every step gets its cue right on time: open, squeeze, back. You always hear which rep, which set and how many are left. Key points are woven into the cues, so you get reminders while you move. 【Hands-free】 With earbuds: Play/Pause pauses or resumes, Next skips (counts as failure), Previous restarts the count, and during rest Previous goes back a set. Taking out your AirPods pauses automatically. Training keeps running on the lock screen, where you can pause and skip. 【26 exercises, plus your own】 Covers neck, shoulders, upper back, hips, ankles, full body and core, plus reaction drills with a tennis ball. Adjust sets, reps and tempo on the home screen, drag to reorder, and pair two exercises as a superset. Add your own exercises: write what to say going up and coming down, and what to remind at each step. 【Workout card and history】 After each workout you get a card showing what you trained and how many days you've trained this week. Save it or share it. Your training history is on the home screen. 【Works offline, collects no data】 Works without an internet connection. No account needed, and your training history stays on your phone. Note: this app provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or physical therapist. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop and consult a professional.
