Could be a game changer with this addition
Hi Developer,
I recently bought the new Smart version of Pocket Radar, and I’m really impressed with the new speed display and audio features!
To take this to the next level, I think adding a visual ball tracking overlay on recorded video would be an absolute game-changer for training. Apps like Full Track AI do something similar, but because you possess gold-standard radar hardware, implementing a feature like this would give you a massive competitive edge over other companies.
Thanks for the great work on the hardware, and I hope you'll consider adding this to your software roadmap!

Completely frozen
I will be returning my radar. The app is horrible, just a frozen screen after many times reinstalling. Worst app designer ever. Makes me think the unit is garbage too.
App Freezes After Pausing Video Recording
While record a pitching session the app will freeze after pausing the recording of our pitchers between innings. When trying to resume session app displays the following message “Recording is paused until the phone call is disconnected.” No phone call because phone is in airplane mode. The only way to continue recording is restarting the app or to never pause and record useless data from opponents pitcher. Using iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 Pro with IOS 26.5

This bully’s me and made me very mad at 6 in the morning and it freezes after the login it is unusable

Slow and cumbersome
The new app is extremely slow and the session inputs overburdening. Additionally, I thought I was recording for a full session and now there is no video to be found. Bring back the legacy app please.

App no longer works.
The app used to work great. Now it opens, says no radar detected, and won’t allow me to push anything or go anywhere. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it but the same results. Pretty worthless now unfortunately.

Frozen App
App has been frozen for 2 months. Can’t you use the app at all, no scrolling can’t click on any buttons. It literally does nothing. No available updates, tried refreshing app, Turing phone off and on, nada. Spent $500 on a device and now the app is useless.
Does not load at all
I just bought a new SR1100. I installed the app but when it loads I cannot navigate there… it is frozen.
iPhone 15 Pro Fail
Great while it worked. Recently stopped working on my iPhone 15 pro. I’ve tried deleting, resetting re downloading, etc. still works on my iPad, just not ideal for practices any more.
Downloadable videos
Already paid a lot of money for the device. The ability to add videos to my device should be included in the app without having to pay for a subscription. Makes the app not usable for us.
app isn’t working
I connected the radar and did everything, then when i try to make a session i put baseball and whatever i’m trying to do, and it starts the session for a second then goes back the the start a session page.

this app has a lot of great potential. i love the real pocket radar and use it at all of my tournaments. the problem with this app is that i can’t even sign up. no matter what email i use i can’t sign up and it says i already have an account which is impossible because i’ve never used the app. PLEASE FIX THIS because i really want to use this app.

Helpful & Accurate
The app is easy to use and the radar is accurate. We use it for every tournament, paired with GameChanger. Also, it has been a help to my daughter who has found her baseline for each pitch, & seen improvements. Highly recommended.
Pocket Radar - awesome app
This app and equipment has been a great addition to GC scoring. Love the integration, only thing I would like to see improved is the distance your phone or iPad can be from the radar. Typically if I get more than 15 to 20 feet away it might lose connection. Overall it is a great app! Thank you.
