Love this game but there’s too many bugs constantly
Terrible service
The game freezes, crashes, and when you ask for support it takes forever. Play something else because you’ll waste a ton of time just waiting for this game to load.
Really Annoying
I’m very annoyed with this game- I bought a special face, and I therefore had a free giveaway, and I bought I really nice dress, and then when I equip it, it’s invisible! So I completely wasted the free giveaway! Also, the currency in this game is VERY hard to get, and it is very overpriced to buy more currency!!

I really enjoy playing this. It lets me be creative with ideas or things I dare to do.
Where do I even start?
The game has so many issues. Many of them have been brought to the attention of the developers, only to be met with a generic AI response and never a resolution. This game has MAJOR glitches. Instead of focusing on fixing them, the developers would rather roll out a new activity that causes more glitches to the game and find ways to get you to spend real money. If for any reason the game glitches and rips you off, the resolution is never in comparison to what you lost in gems. You will end up on the losing end. The prizes are so low compared to the price of items in the game. It’s almost impossible to get ahead and be able to enjoy the game. There are some bullies in the game right now, targeting certain designers, who are sucking the fun out of the game completely. Us players have brought so many things to developers attention to make the game better and they always fall on deaf ears. The devs do not care about our feedback as players, who have spent a lot of money playing. We are tired of asking. I don’t really play much anymore, due to the fact that I feel the devs are greedy and our opinions do not matter. We are tired of feeling unheard, taken advantage of, and dismissed.

VIP is Bugged
I enjoy this game and signed up for VIP. One of the perks is you are supposed to be able to skip a requirement for a look but the feature is not working. To contact support you need to sign up for a Nordcurrent ID and it says there should be an option to do so in settings, there is not. I went to their website to see if there was a sign up option and wasn’t able to find it. It was stupid to spend money on this game and I feel like I was scammed.

I have had this game for 3 years and I worked so hard to get all my favourite clothes, climb the rankings and even get a premium face. I went on today and it froze so I closed it and opened it back up again. I opened it back up and it deleted all of my data and everything and it’s started me fresh without any of my stuff. This was by far my favourite game until this happened. It also has so many ads and it freezes quite a lot, obviously this was the worst one. I’m so sad I lost everything on this game, I better find out why and it better come back. I would give it 0 stars if I could

It’s annoying that you’ll always make more money than you do jewels and that you have to work stupid hard to get the jewels. The ads give the bare minimum jewels and everything always cost so much so it makes it impossible to get looks submitted, ugh
Good but something you should know before you get
This game is good but money wise in this game is expensive like there is awful designed clothing that go for 700+ diamonds and it’s crazy and hard to remain consistent in money and still be able to play the game so that sad.

Keeps taking my in game currency
I keep getting things and then my currency is gone but the items don’t show as purchased. I tried to reach out to get assistance but that website won’t let me respond to messages about my ticket.

Poor Customer Service
If you ever have an issue with game, lost gems or unable to submit designs, don’t expect any help unless you can prove that there was an issue with video or screenshots. Of course this means you would have to be taking screenshots before there was a problem so you can prove before and after their glitch. Worst customer service ever!!!!
