Thatās good game, but itās not for kids. Thatās all I have to say by the way if I spelled anything wrong or my sentence doesnāt make sense I wrote this at 7 AM.
Done with being ripped off glitch that loses you money and gems
I am fed up with a continue glitch that after I have purchased something and go to submit it doesnāt submit so I end up closing the game and opening it again and when I open it again I no longer own the item but itās taken money and gems from my total so that I do not have enough left to purchase this again. This happens at least once a week and at times has happened three or four times a week. I had reported this and didnāt hear anything but then when it was happening a lot I tried again I did hear back a few times and when I write in I sent photographic evidence that proves how much money and gems have been taken. I have been compensated at times but often this will be after lots of emails back and forth and will just be Ā£500 and i am not compensated for the gems that are lost! Each time this happens the glitch takes 10 gems. I have now been told after sending proof this morning of it happening again that they are not compensating me for this at all. I wrote back and said that Iāve sent photographic evidence and have lost money and gems and just want back what the game has taken. They have emailed back and said they are not paying the money or gems back into my account.
I think this is appalling Iām done with this game. I normally buy the style pass every month plus I buy extra gems and gift bags throughout the month. Iām not asking for something for nothing. Iām just asking for them to pay back what they have taken off of me unfairly. My player name is Linzle and I will be leaving bad reviews anywhere I can!

It used to be good until Nordcurrent got greedy
I recently deleted this app and I havenāt missed it at all. Try Hollywood merge much better game with fair rewards and competition.
Fun in Fashion
This game is fun! Dressing your own character in different outfits, love it! The only issue Iām having is the collections doesnāt have a search function and you have to scroll until you find the collection youāre looking for and itās A LOT!!! If they could add a search function to type in the collection, it would make it that much easier find what youāre looking for, saves the styler time.

I canāt access group activities and collect the keys. Every time I try I get stuck on the loading screen!

I canāt even get past the āyou can get tickets by votingā page. It wonāt let me click away!! Iāve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
Irritated
You canāt do anything in this game without spending real money. You donāt win enough gems to create the outfits needed even if you win 5 stars on every event you enter. You spend far more gems than you ever win. Now they changed it where you canāt even get all three bonus point possibilities unless you pay (real) money for the trendsetter outfits. Irritating.

The game freezes, crashes, and when you ask for support it takes forever. Play something else because youāll waste a ton of time just waiting for this game to load.
Really Annoying
Iām very annoyed with this game- I bought a special face, and I therefore had a free giveaway, and I bought I really nice dress, and then when I equip it, itās invisible! So I completely wasted the free giveaway! Also, the currency in this game is VERY hard to get, and it is very overpriced to buy more currency!!

I really enjoy playing this. It lets me be creative with ideas or things I dare to do.
Where do I even start?
The game has so many issues. Many of them have been brought to the attention of the developers, only to be met with a generic AI response and never a resolution. This game has MAJOR glitches. Instead of focusing on fixing them, the developers would rather roll out a new activity that causes more glitches to the game and find ways to get you to spend real money. If for any reason the game glitches and rips you off, the resolution is never in comparison to what you lost in gems. You will end up on the losing end. The prizes are so low compared to the price of items in the game. Itās almost impossible to get ahead and be able to enjoy the game. There are some bullies in the game right now, targeting certain designers, who are sucking the fun out of the game completely. Us players have brought so many things to developers attention to make the game better and they always fall on deaf ears. The devs do not care about our feedback as players, who have spent a lot of money playing. We are tired of asking. I donāt really play much anymore, due to the fact that I feel the devs are greedy and our opinions do not matter. We are tired of feeling unheard, taken advantage of, and dismissed.

VIP is Bugged
I enjoy this game and signed up for VIP. One of the perks is you are supposed to be able to skip a requirement for a look but the feature is not working. To contact support you need to sign up for a Nordcurrent ID and it says there should be an option to do so in settings, there is not. I went to their website to see if there was a sign up option and wasnāt able to find it. It was stupid to spend money on this game and I feel like I was scammed.
