No longer opens. I can no longer access any of my cards. Please fix or provide way to recover my cards!

Will not add new card without paying
Deleted my insurance card so I could replace with the new card. Went to add new card and app wants me to pay to add more cards. I only have other 3 cards in app and it is supposed to allow 4 without paying.

This thing is great. I use it to hold all the junk in my wallet Plus all those miscellaneous items. I have a category for medical to hold all my medical Insurance cards, Dr. cards etc. A category for driving for my drivers license insurance cards, vehicle registrations, and three other categories. Easy to sort the categories and the individual cards by holding and sliding up or down, or edit and hold and slide the three bars on the right up and down. My physical wallet is much thinner now.

Dependability
The most important features of an App that records sensitive information is security and dependability. Suddenly the app stopped working so immediately the question occurs, whether my stored vdata is secureI trusted to the app is secure, I don’t know! The app was suddenly unusable and the data is gone, and now I wonder if was compromised because the app can no longer be used. Not Happy.

What a joke!
You have to purchase the upgrade after only one user?! This is ridiculous! If I could choose 0 stars I would. Removed ASAP!
New iPhone fix
I upgraded to a new iPhone 12 and had the same issues as everyone else. This is what worked for me. Delete the app and data. Install the app and open it. It will ask for an passcode, enter one. Go to the settings and select “restore application” this logs you back in and not to pay again. Next select “restore from iCloud back up” and it will restore all your entries. If you didn’t select to back up iCloud I doubt this will work but I’m back at 100% function with all data restored.

Worked fine at first
And then it crashed with no way to reload or recover my information. I had over 50 items stored. Now I have to start from scratch with a different app.

Cannot open after paying for app
Downloaded app and tried a couple of cards. Eventually it told me I could only use a number of cards or pay, which I did. Now it does not open at all. Good app until you pay for addl cards.
Stopped working
I had happily used this app for several years but it has suddenly stopped working. It closes immediately upon opening. Clicking on the support link here in the App Store yields a message that Safari cannot find the server. Thus the app that contains many personal id’s, reference cards and business cards from other is now useless and much information has been lost.

Does not work with iPhone 12
The wallet App does not work with my iPhone 12 Mini. Don’t bother purchasing this App. I can’t get anyone to help me. There is no support for this app.

Won’t work on iPhone 11
This was a terrific app. Used it all the time. Had to upgrade to the iPhone 11 and now the app won’t own. This should be a simple fix by the developer.

Used to love this app
I loved this app and used it for years... many, never had an issue. Now it won’t open on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. So, so sad. Tried everything. Then went to send message to developer but their website expired.... :(
