tep 1 — Open the subscription 1. App Store Connect → Apps → PocketEstimate. 2. Left sidebar → Monetization → Subscriptions. 3. Click the subscription you want to give away (e.g. Pocket Estimate Monthly). Offer codes are per-subscription, so repeat for annual if needed. Step 2 — Create the offer 4. Scroll to the Offer Codes section → Create Offer Code (or "Set Up"). 5. Reference Name — internal only (e.g. "Free Month – Beta Testers"). 6. Countries/Regions — select where it's valid. 7. Offer Type — choose one: • Free — X periods at no cost (this is the closest match to your old "free analyses" grant; e.g. 1 month free). • Pay As You Go — discounted price per period for X periods. • Pay Up Front — discounted single price for a set span. 8. Duration — e.g. 1 month free. 9. Customer Eligibility — New / Existing / Previously subscribed (expired). For onboarding new users, pick New + Previously subscribed. 10. Save. Step 3 — Generate the actual codes After the offer is saved, choose how codes are issued: • Custom Codes — one memorable code (e.g. ADJUSTER2026) redeemable by many people. Set a max redemptions cap and expiration date. Best when you want a single shareable code (this is the closest to your old flow). • One-Time-Use Codes — generates a batch of unique codes as a downloadable CSV. Best for individual, trackable distribution. Set the quantity/limits and generate. Step 4 — How people redeem Give recipients any of these: • Redemption URL: https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6783391816&code=YOURCODE (that id is your app's Apple ID from the App Information page). • App Store app → tap your profile → Redeem Gift Card or Code → enter the code. That's it — the person gets the free/discounted period, StoreKit records a real subscription transaction, and your app + Firebase treat them as an active subscriber automatically.
