App abandoned by the developers
This app was great back in 2018-2020, you could get your giftcard in less than 24 hours usually, but as I came back last month to redeem for visa card it STILL is stuck on pending.
Many people have reported the app is now abandoned by it's developers and no one has received any payment from them in the past 3 months, wouldn't recommend until it's fixed (not sure if it ever will be honestly)

Payment pending for long
It says on the app payment takes with 24hrs, later on it says 1-3 working days. It’s almost 2 weeks now and my payment still remains pending.
Deceiving app
This app says that they have Amazon gift cards, but they don’t one star garbage because of that

Don't Install!
I've redeemed my points for an Apple gift card. Says it would take 24 or 72 hours. Redeemed it on April 24, 2026 and it's now April 27, 2026 and STILL haven't gotten it! Scam!
Can’t login with Apple ID
It won’t let me login. Everytime I tried to login it always says failed to connect

Surveys don’t work it’s telling me invalid code. Email support is invalid can’t send them emails.
Rewards
The rewards page won’t load. I have emailed support a few times about this over the months and I just did again now. I got an amazon gift card accepted several months ago and haven’t been able to view it, or use my coins that I have now.
Bogus
Reward got accepted but then suddenly none of the reward options or the my reward tab loads.. at all

The rewards tab is just endlessly loading and so the points ive saved up are useless right now. Needs an update
Can’t Redeem Gift Cards
I just came back to the app after a while of inactivity, and none of the gift card offers are loading at all. If there’s any way to fix this, please let me know.
Valid gift cards
I got 15 of gift cards. I was trying to claim them totally wrong. I emailed and the person was so patient with me. Absolutely amazing

Took me ages to save up for £15 Amazon gift cards. Then weeks to get rewards and the codes are invalid. Tried to email but the email does not go through. Do not waste your time playing games when you email that the vouchers do not work you get no reply

Scam
Half the offers don’t credit the amount it says. When trying to redeem rewards, the app conveniently messes up and says to check your internet connection. I will be reporting the site to the ftc and bbb.
App Bug
I used this app previously and it was working great but since I finally got back into the app I been unable to redeem any gift card. I been unable to get a response from support.
Rewards Pending
Used this app a lot a while back - decided to use it again. Grinded out a points and redeemed my gift card. Still pending weeks later. Don’t know what happened - used to be an amazing app but clearly it has gone off the rails
No longer Working
This app used to work great when I first used it years ago I was able to get some gift cards now you won’t be able to redeem those points and support no longer replies to you
Not reliable
Even though I follow all directions and have the software required, more than half the time the points do not show up. It also takes a few months to receive the gift card even electronically.
