Not worth it
Utrecht is really an interesting city but the descriptions given in this app are far to short to give a complete overview of the city.
Why have you selected only app. 20 points of interest or why is there no description of the inside of the dome.
Or why are the information only in Dutch and English given - we are in 2025! so minimum 10 languages should be given.
This app is not worth 10 Euros.

constant break downs
literally no guide (purchased or in preview) can be opened, this things breaks down immediately. waste
consistently stops and freezes
I recently purchased this audio travel guide app while visiting London, and I was initially very excited to use it. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing.
Upon using it, I encountered significant issues. The app consistently stops and freezes after just a minute or two into the tour. I attempted to restart it multiple times, but to no avail. I also tried the troubleshooting step of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this did not resolve the issue either.
Given the persistent problems I've encountered, I don’t recommend this app at all.

App schließt sich ständig selbst
Die App stürzt ständig ab und schließt sich einfach selbst. So macht schon die Suche nach der besuchten Stadt keinen Spaß, noch weniger kann man die App dann sinnvoll für eine Führung nutzen. Was soll das denn?! Absolut unbrauchbar! Ich hatte sie vor Jahren sehr gerne benutzt, allerdings gab es da auch keine Probleme. Sehr sehr schade, hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden!

Just takes my money and constant crashes/hangs!!! This thing is a dumpster fire and should be removed from the store. You won’t be able to complete a single tour and will just ruin your trip by extremely aggravating you!

App hängt sich auf
Eigentlich sehr vielversprechend. Leider hängt sich die App bei jedem Anzeigen oder Abspielen eines Ortes auf. So leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Sehr schade.
Gute Führung auf Englisch aber App alle paar Minuten abgestürzt
Wir hatten eine tolle Route in Palma um die Kathedrale vorgeschlagen bekommen mit vielversprechenden Inhalten. Allerdings ist während der Tour das Anzeigen der aktuellen Position sehr verzerrt und ungenau gewesen. Zudem ist die App während der Route mind. 15 mal hängen geblieben und musste immer wieder neu geöffnet werden.
Die zwei Sterne sind nur für eine inhaltlich gute Führung. Die drei fehlenden Sterne repräsentieren die miserable Umsetzung der App auf neusten Geräten und iOS Version. Dringender Verbesserungsbedarf, um die Tour entspannt und genießbar zu gestalten!

Crashes
Was excited to use this but before I can even buy the $9.99 guide the app crashes
Where are my purchased guides?
As you can see on the title, I have purchased and downloaded many guides on my old iPhone, more over I habe a bonus balance. Unfortunately I can get them on my new iPhone, each time I hit the restore bottom, I get nothing... Do you expect to invest in your app and throw my money away like this? Think again.

I clicked download and purchased the guide for the Verona, but the app messaged that an error with purchase happened. The money was withdrawn and no guide appeared in the app. Strongly don’t recommend it.

Right from the start this was amazing, we were guided first to the beginning of the tour via Google maps, as we approached the start a voice introduced her self. There were 25 points of interest on the tour, we were guided seamlessly to each point using voice and interactive maps and each time we approached a point the narrator would explain where we were and why and pictures appear under the map. We also used my Apple Air Pods using one pod each allowed both of us to listen. Brilliant, and you finally end up where you started. Priceless!

Too many adverts
The actual tour was interesting and easy to follow but I was disappointed by the constant adverts for different places/experiences that I could ‘book now’ through the app. I expect to have to listen to adverts if I am not paying for a product but if I’ve paid for it I feel like I should at least have the chance to ‘opt out’ of advert content. The adverts were annoying and distracted from an otherwise enjoyable tour.
