When the concept is ready, promote it to a Candidate Project to review research, outline scope, define resources, prepare rough budget notes, and record a recommendation. Promote approved work to a Project and continue with tasks, subtasks, milestones, dependencies, schedule planning, budget items, time entries, reports, and a lightweight Gantt-style timeline. PocketProject also includes a dashboard, planner view, archive, local file attachments, workspace backups, reminder settings, and import/export support for Jira CSV and MS Project XML.
