About

PocketProject helps you shape work before it becomes execution. Instead of scattering ideas, notes, budgets, and tasks across different tools, PocketProject keeps the full planning lifecycle in one place. Start with an Idea. Capture the summary, problem, expected value, design direction, notes, sources, and files. When the concept is ready, promote it to a Candidate Project to review research, outline scope, define resources, prepare rough budget notes, and record a recommendation. Promote approved work to a Project and continue with tasks, subtasks, milestones, dependencies, schedule planning, budget items, time entries, reports, and a lightweight Gantt-style timeline. PocketProject also includes a dashboard, planner view, archive, local file attachments, workspace backups, reminder settings, and import/export support for Jira CSV and MS Project XML. PocketProject is a focused, local-first workspace for turning early thinking into executable projects.
