So many problems
This app crashes all the time. The updates never help and this cause me to lose time, money and energy. Apps are supposed to make your work flow easier. Instead I want to throw my phone out the window because I can’t get any work done due to the developers not doing their job in creating a decent app. Beyond frustrated!!

Memory leak
The app gets slower and slower with every update and whenever I complete a job the entire app has to reload instead of just going back to the job list making it impossible to do my job in areas with no cell service and on top of that I have to completely restart the app after every 10 or so jobs because there has been a memory leak that has been unfixed for the entirety of this year
App was amazing and fast 2 years ago and now it’s slow sluggish and take 2 minutes do something that used to take 30 seconds

This app needs work on the sales side
I'm only leave 5 stars because I know it will improve but honestly, I 100%
prefer to use the website for sales over this app because the app is not on par and it's very buggy, please fix the sign up issues, make it so I can send email completion and also when I go to previous page during agreement sign up that it stops deleting the address and other customer info. Thanks.

Super buggy
Update after update after update, it just keeps getting laggier and slower, sometime it kicks you out while you’re completing a ticket. It has so many bugs. Please fix it and make it smoother like it was 4 updates ago
IOS Update ruins app.
From now on, the app requires IOS 26, which mean if you or any of your employees do not have a newer IPhone, they cannot download the app.
