Turns out the news articles are largely available in the "e edition" - an unwieldy scan of a print edition? Do you guys still print a newspaper? I'm used to reading news on the Washington Post & CNN apps, as well as the nj.com app. Looking forward to an improved app experience.
Can’t read the news
I have yet to be able too read you articles. I can’t open any of the articles. I would advise other not to subscribe to the website
I subscribed but have no access
I subscribed to digital content but still can't get in. The app doesn't seem to have a good work around to resolve it. This is a bad sign for a new subscriber.

I took advantage of a promotional for six months for a $1 when the time came for me to cancel I find it impossible to cancel within the app they make you call a foreign 800 number. I’ve called the number twice and canceled and I’m still being charged. Last time I called I asked for a confirmation of the cancellation and was told they don’t have that and that it would be emailed to me within 24 hours which absolutely did not happen! My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau and Apple for unethical business practices.

We had a major storm with loss of power her in the Poconos yet not one single update in the power in this area.
Why the hell are we reading about Boston’s efforts? Why are we reading about warming stations with no food? Why aren’t we reading about the repair process? Why is no one interviewing the numerous utility trucks parked in lots up and down Route 209 between Marshall’s Creek and Bushkill?
Is this a “News” app or a supporting magazine for other areas? We have no power and only have Verizon cell service ( thank you Verizon for your rapid repairs) to get information and the “Pocono Record” could care less!!!

Poor paper
If you want the news you should watch it on tv that’s where the Pocono Record gets their mail Days late. Not worth the price

From my local paper all I ask for is the news plain and simple. Your views about our president are unwarranted and unwanted. Stop the crap and just tell me what's going on, not your perceived version of what's going on. Thanks.
Good news source
It took a while for me to adjust to the Record's electronic format. Once I did I found it a good source for news and I recently renewed my subscription for another year.

I use this app everyday to read my local news. The most recent version was a good improvement and makes it easy to find what I want to see. I never experience issues with this app. Good job!
