Great podcast app with no ads!
It’s so nice to see a podcast app with no ads integrated (other than any in a podcast itself- which the app can’t control anyway).

Meh
Decent app. Used VIP for a few years. Sync occasionally broken when the app logs out your account for no reason. Most importantly, I can’t support developers who contribute effort and/or money to extremists like Curry and Dvorak, whose Mastodon instance had to be defederated due to all the hate speech posted. Apple Podcasts now has all the features most users need.

Not working
Won’t automatically download podcasts. And I payed for a subscription and it still won’t let me turn on the “Advanced Download Management “ in settings
Made the switch from Podverse
Podverse has been great for me for a couple of years. I gave Podcast Guru a good try and found it to be better. I still have a premium subscription to Podverse but my daily is now Podcast Guru

This is the best Podcasting2.0 app I’ve found. It’s worked flawlessly and has all the features you’d need. Well done.
Best Podcast App
I listen to podcasts 1-2 hours per day. I’ve tried many and found this one the best. It’s straightforward and easy to search, download, and organize playlists and favorites.

Only 1 problem
Best podcasting 2.0 app. Some podcasts skip ahead or behind 30 or so seconds during playback and then end early. This makes it choppy. Please fix this issue.

Exactly what I’m looking for in a podcast app.
So far…
So far so good. I’ve been a paid subscriber for a couple weeks or so and I haven’t had any problems. I’ve tried one other podcast 2.0 app (Podverse) which would skip or rewind the podcast and replay a portion of it for no reason. Also some of the podcasts wouldn’t update. This app has none of those issues.

Crashing
I have been using for a long time and am a subscriber. The app has all of a sudden started crashing just after start up.
Will only buffering since running update all other audio apps work

Excellent Podcast App
Best and least annoying podcast app I have used! Like it much better than using my Spotify account. I paid for the upgraded features and it got even better. Also, the developers have been responsive when I’ve asked questions and respond quickly!
Best Podcast 2.0 player
The price is right for the VIP features and this is the first 2.0 player I’ve used that actually resumes correctly and streams without issues consistently. Little touches throughout, for example a large circle on the playback bar to scrub forward or backward in the podcast are great to have
Works well
Switched to this after Stitcher was removed. Been a good replacement.
