trashy app won’t restore and runs out of tolens

I thought this would be a great app to summarize podcasts but lately I have been told I ran out of tokens and it won’t restore my purchase and can’t get in touch with developer for any support even after paying for a year subscription. Only have a twitter/x addressIt needs a lot of help to be worth $35 a year. I would stay far away
