Weird install bug
The app asks for access to your contacts (a big no no in my book). You don’t get an option to skip. When you tell iOS to block the request the app gets stuck on this screen forcing you to choose allow to proceed. If you quit the app and relaunch you can get past this install step. Crazy. Hope they fix.

Very nice, but…
First, I love the way it looks. Modern and the translucent effect of the player background is very nice. Imported my ompl file perfectly. Search seems to work well. Love the episode search too. The only real problem I’ve had is a tendency for duplicate notifications. Instead of one notification for a new episode, I’ll get 2 or 3 notifications for the same episode. But this podcast app if it is kept updated, has the potential to be one of the best. Another problem it has, is it often doesn’t fetch all the available episodes, which other podcast players seem to have no problems doing. It’s certainly one of the best looking podcast players though. Addendum: it doesn’t seem to have the ability to import individual rss files. Opml will import most podcasts fine, but always misses several I know work fine on other podcast apps.needs the ability to import individual files

A great app for finding things I want to listen to - it really curates to your tastes. An exciting platform with a lot happening - the future for podcasters and listeners!

I live, breathe and share via audio— and am so stoked Podopolo is giving us a "humanized" listening platform, that makes way more sense for podcasters and listeners. It's a sort of "use it and you'll see" sort of thing...
