Golden hour Megabeat

Brittany was a really great instructor . Brittany is very efficient & kind hearted as well. True asset to your facility . I informed Brittany about my restrictions due to lower back issue & she was helping me the whole time to insure safety . Great workout . The POE reformer studio is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t know anyone who goes to POE who does not LOVE it. .
