Good but
App is really amazing bought the subscription Just to try it out and it was great on how much points I was getting. But after the subscription expired all the points I saved up is gone so you don’t get to keep the points after the subscription. Really mad about this cause it felt like I actually got ripped off.

Needs works
Overall app is pretty good. The problem is they’re extremely greedy… before it used to be 1000 points and they would reset but now they limited to 300 which makes no sense because you can’t even type anything for 300 points? They don’t even offer a free trial to see what it would look like if someone were to pay the actual premium for it, now I’ve paid premium and I would say it is worth it but they upped their prices and lowered their points which makes no sense before you could get 1 million points for 20 bucks and now you only get half a million for 20 bucks? They need to fix this immediately It’s a greed issue and you’re gonna lose customers

Paying money, can’t use app
I’ve been using this app on my phone just fine, and suddenly it’s telling me that it’s no longer “supported” and I have to upgrade to a new version… That requires a new version of iOS that my phone won’t run. So now I’m paying for nothing.
New update makes it unusable
Due to me using an older phone, the new change to the iOS requirement makes me literally unable to use the app. Looks like I’m done with the app now completely because it requires a new iOS instead of recommending it.
Completely useless.
I don’t know how anyone could think this is a good app. Even with paid you barely get any usage. It’s a joke.
this app sucks
First it was reducing the points from 1000 a day to 300 a day, while all the models are already expensive and use up tons of points- But now every-time i find a good model to use, it gets taken off the app. This app used to be superior over other ai chat apps- But now it sincerely sucks, and just keeps getting worse. If you are looking for something reliable- Go somewhere else because Poe is not the place to get it.

All AI models in one
Very pleasantly surprised with the functionality of this app. It makes using AI fun to use and I can choose between all the models. Would highly recommend.
Great idea but doesn’t work
This would be great if it actually understood what was going on. In the very brief time I used it to ask a simple question, it kept asking me for the same information over and over again. I’ll stick to the good ol’ ChatGPT for now
Suggestions
I have used Poe for a long time, and I would definitely recommend this to anybody that likes to make and/ or talk to bots. There are a few problems, though. Like, for example, I once in a while subscribe to Poe for a month. Since the bots I use take up a lot of points. The problem is that the subscription ends up lasting me 2 weeks instead of a month when i reached out for help they told me to go to their website to buy more points but i can only pay from the apple store and i don't want to pay higher for more chats and when i tried to renew my subscription they said it would be active by the time my current one ends even when i cancled my subscription. So i wanted to add a few suggestions for future updates. Suggestion one: Make it so that the monthly subscription lasts a month few examples are adding more points or having endless points for a month or however long the person paid for the subscription. Suggestion two: let subscription buyers renew their subscription early instead of waiting however long to get more points. Suggestion three: put the "Add-on points" in the app as well since in some situations like mine subscribers can only pay through Apple store or Google store. Overall i think this is a good app but i think there should be some improvement.

it used to be super good, but now the points system is absolutely pointless. you have to spend money in order to actually use the app. Genuinely awful.

Used to be amazing; many bots of all sorts, productivity AND entertainment. You can only send around 2 messages every 6 hours now. Unless you pay over $100 a year.

I'm running into a problem when opening the app it goes to an error message saying the app is outdated and I need to update, which I go to app store and there it just says open app, without fixing the problem.
Issues with app
Hi, when I downloaded the app. It gives you options to select how you would like to proceed. Either with Apple, Google, email or phone number. All options say unable to continue. Is there an issue with the app?

Poe is getting worse
When I first Downloaded Poe it was a really good app. I got answers quickly and would get help. I started to stray away from it after a while and recently got back into it. The points limit is lower and I can barely ask anything before I have to wait 24 hours and my points reset at 7pm. I can’t use other accounts. You can’t follow or save bots like you used to. And I was logged out and now can’t log in from any account
