Not the magazine app
This is misleading. When you subscribe to Poets & Writers, they provide a link for their app and this is not it.
Can’t access magazine
In spite of paying for both digital and print, I can’t access anything on line through this app. It was a complete waste of money. And there’s no way to contact anyone to get access.
A Clunker
Good luck in trying to get this app to work. Missing magazines and failure to recognize user. I subscribed to this publication because I thought I could get it online. Instead I get a clunker.
Can’t access content
I subscribed to p&w online through my pc instead of the app; the app, even though I signed in with the same account, won’t let me access any magazines or articles without paying. So I’ll just access p&w through my online browser instead of the app.
No way to read the magazine
I have a subscription, and I’m logged into the app with the correct email and password (the same one works fine on a web browser and lets me access my subscription), but it won’t let me read the magazine and says I must purchase it to read. I already did??? The app is useless if they won’t fix this. Really frustrating.
