The app constantly refuses to accept a UK address - useless
How anyone is supposed to register with this outfit is beyond me.
You fill in your details including DoB etc. then when you try to put in your address, it triggers an error.
Frustrating, annoying and ultimately a complete waste of time.

Useless app
App constantly signs you out, then makes you verify yourself and wipes all your details.
Even when you somehow get signed in after verifying yourself it still asks you to sign in again, to which then verify yourself again?
Then if you pass that, the app then thinks your 4000 miles away from where you need to charge and it gives you random places that don’t match the charger ID.
Doesn’t give you an option to review or download the actual receipt through the app.
Then when the app fails multiple times you try your card multiple times and get a pending charge of £45 each press till your contactless amount runs out for the day, as the chargers also start to not work. This then leaves you stuck having to make a new account for a charger somewhere else that works that’s slower as you can’t use contactless as none use insert card/ pin.
I’ve been unfortunate enough to be stuck with using this app the past few months due to a house move and having no charger at the current address.
Glad there’s not many of these about, avoid.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Frequently don’t work, take your money then takes nearly a week to refund, charging cables are too short and not fit for purpose!! When I called to complain the customer service agent seemed to think it was funny! Worst EV CHARGERS and company ever!!!!! Will never use again!!!!

79p per kWh at a super market? Lol who do they think they are.
Useless app
I visit a location with pogo chargers regularly & wanted the way access advertised by this app. Firstly the map doesn’t show my destination, it is not up to date. Secondly, I use accessibility features on my phone which don’t work properly in the app and finally, I tried to register an account @ it failed leaving my email partly registered ad now unusable.
