Certainly won’t work for you when you’re holding up the line at a participating venue. Trash app.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use. I see several negative reviews but we have had a great experience and have never had any issues with it. Has allowed my family to experience a lot around the city at an affordable price.
Great deal but app lacks
You can tell that this app is made as a function to use tickets only. They don't want you to use tickets since it’s lost revenue and this app shows it. Two thing would make this app more user friendly:
1) Addresses to the businesses in the app
2) Map showing all businesses so I can tell if I’m nearby

App logging me out
The app logs me out everytime I close it.
Can’t even log in
The app does nothing. Doesn’t give me an error or anything, it just won’t let me log in.
Just downloaded
It won’t let me do anything! Please fix this as I plan to use tickets soon.

So convenient
I’ve been a pass holder for a few years now. We love this more than old school passes. I give login to my parents so they can take their grand kids out. It’s awesome.
Doesn't let me log in = can't use = scam
Logging into the app is the only way to obtain the pass that's needed to go to said events. Can't log in due to their poor app meaning you can't go to the events which is the whole purpose of paying $100-$400?!

Easy and simple
I love Pogo Pass! My family uses it constantly and have made wonderful memories. My husband and I also use the pass for date night. It has saved us hundreds of dollars. The app is also very easy to use. You just log in and have the venue you go to scan the QR code. Then the pass will update and show what you have and haven’t used in the pass. I love it.

What a joke!!
As if the program isn’t bad enough the first go around, they secretly auto renew you every year! What a corrupt, scandalous, fundraising situation here. I’m not happy with this at all.
Extremely disappointed
I heard about the pogo pass and thought it sounded like a great deal I purchased one for myself and one for my son. As instructed, I downloaded the app to manage our events. App doesn’t work at all. Instruction say to go through the events section to set your reservations/ get your ticket etc. when you go to the events tab it is blank. You can’t use the app for anything except to scan you pass, for the events that you can’t schedule 😔.

Amazing Selection and Value
Pogo Pass has a lot of places my family was already frequently visiting and paying full price. In most cases, if you use it twice then it’s already paid for itself. Great selection of family entertainment like the zoo, museum or aquarium or a night out with friends at a basketball game.
