Poimen has been rebuilt. This is the largest update the app has had. Almost every screen has been redesigned around one idea: keeping track of people, so nobody slips away unnoticed. A new look throughout • Warmer, clearer screens across every role, built to be read at a glance in a busy room. • Real empty, loading and error states, so a screen never leaves you guessing. Registers • The review step before you submit has been rebuilt on both the Bacenta and Sonta registers — see everyone present and everyone absent before it goes. • Anyone left unticked is recorded as not attended, so a half-finished register is never mistaken for a complete one. • When a submission is refused, the app now tells you why instead of showing a general error. Following people up • My Contacts is now built around who is waiting to hear from you, rather than how many people you have saved. • The day you met someone is recorded and used, so the follow-up clock is right. • Search now reaches your archive, not just your active list. Safeguarding • You can now file safeguarding forms and incident reports from your phone. • Records are searchable across the whole archive rather than the most recent few. • Every member has a file you can open in a tap. Overseers and Bishops • Summary pages now carry the run behind the week's figure, over six weeks, three months or a year. • New care boards show who has quietly stopped coming, council by council and constituency by constituency. • Councils, constituencies and streams open into the same detailed view.
