Doesn't even show the Apple Store in my mall
At this point, a fail. End users need to download 2 more apps? How about the developer clowns integrated their own apps.

Showed stores as being open. Even lists hours. But several of these stores have been closed for years.

Just deleted. Makes no difference what I search for shows no result. Also Says there’s an internal error. I deleted it and reinstalled it (sometimes that helps) but not this time so deleted it. Used to be a

Slightly Disappointed...
I am a deaf-blind person. I happen upon your app in the app store. I am disappointed because there is no mention of its compatibility with voice over, thus making it inaccessible. I was going to suggest this app to some of my deaf-blind friends because of the features. I can't in good conscious do that now because I know the questions that will be asked. I also know what their concerns will be and their main concern would be the accessibility. Incorporate my suggestion in your app in some way and I will definitely change my review.

Our maps do support VoiceOver, as well as larger text sizes, but it likely could be better if we had specific examples of struggle areas. All the Best!
Great little app!
This is a great little app for finding stuff in airports and malls. It's amazing how they manage to keep this updated for free. I submitted an update and it was reflected in the map a few days later - see if google can match that!

Good. But could be better
The update made some good changes. But some functionality is missing. There isn't a list of stores anymore so that I can see what stores are in the mall and then click on the name to easily find the store on the map. They do have a search option where you can type the name and find it, but it was nice to be able to see the store list so that I could see what stores there were in the mall without having to do a one by one search. For example, you used to be able to see all kids stores, or women's shoes. But now you have to either search by name or just look around the map. The 3D view is pointless. It's still a flat map so why make it 3D. Just the ability to spin the map around. But the 3D view just makes it hard to control the angle view. Additionally, not all store names are displayed all the time like it used to be. Now you have to vary the zoom in and out so you can see the store name. The is really not helpful when trying to see what stores are around.

Thanks for a needed update to one of my go to travel apps! I have continued to use this app despite the sometimes outdated info because it is a great indoor map/guide for airports and malls. I hope you update a lot more frequently going forward.

Wow! I thought for sure I was never going to see an update on this app in my lifetime since the last one took place back in 2012, but I'm happy to be proven wrong! After waiting 3 long years, the mother of all great updates took place and gave birth to this!! I love everything about it, from the 3D views of the blueprints to a search function that actually works now!! Despite all the flaws it had previously, it had never stopped me from recommending it to others since I loved the concept of it. But now, I can change my recommendation line from - "This app is great, BUT......" to this line instead - "This app is 100% AWESOME and you need to download it ASAP!!"

I love love love this app!
It makes layovers almost bearable. I don't have to settle for the closet restaurant in the airport, I can search for "food" and find the hidden gem. It tells me how long it will take to get to my gate! I wouldn't travel without it. I've even used it at Bellevue Square mall to find a kitchen store.

Finally!!
This app has desperately needed an upgrade for years. I decided it was never going to happen. I was shocked when I saw Point Inside in the updates list. The update is extremely impressive and it seems like the team has worked hard at putting out something they should be proud of. Point Inside has had a permanent home on my phone for quite some time and I'm glad to keep it there.

Love this. Use it all the time since it makes it super easy way to find stores in the mall (with open hours!) and restaurants in airports.

Love the new PI Release
The new release is a huge improvement. The maps are super accurate and much easier to navigate. I travel extensively as part of my job and having all of the different terminals mapped is extremely helpful.
Update needed
While this app is a huge help, since I work in different malls every day, it hasn't been updated in 3 years! There are many issues such as "Sorry we can't get the information for this venue right now. Try again later." and there are plenty of malls I travel to that do not even show up on the app, as if they didn't exist. Please fix!

This app no longer works
I love this app! It has been so helpful in the past.
However, it will only show mall locations at this time. When I click on a location, I receive an error message and no information about the mall.
Prior to this, I was receiving inaccurate/ old information about stores and locations inside of the shopping malls.

So cool
I have had this app and never tried it almost deleted while clearing up my phone. So happy I thought twice and gave it a try now I am completely hooked and need to switch my iPhone 4 to the notepad need more viewing space.

Awesome App but for some reason I cannot view the list view of stores anymore! I used to be able to download the places for the mall and see the stores or food options in a list, now when I click the button to do so it shows no stores or restaurants for any mall!

A great program, and very easy to use. Maps download quickly, and the information is fairly useful.
Only potential complaint - when using it, it will highlight different services, like ATM's, etc. I find myself usually looking for places to eat - would be nice if it called out restaurants like it does those other services.

Worth it!
The info isn't always up to the minute, but if you travel a lot, just having a basic lay of the land and ability to search malls and airports is extremely helpful. I travel 2-3 times per month for work and often kill time at malls. This does what I need it to do FOR FREE.
