Even though I know my login information, the login system won’t work. Please fix this

Lower body dressing uses the same image of a t-shirt as the upper body dressing.
Unreliable.
Ever since the “update” I have been unable to login to the app. I use the website on a regular computer everyday with no issues. When I try to login using the app I get the same error message saying my login is incorrect and I need to contact an admin. I know my login IS CORRECT. again no issues with the desktop site. Please fix this.

Glitches
This app is terrible, I was having no issues before the update. Now ever since the update, it will not allow me to sign in through the app anymore. I use the program everyday at work, I know my login…. Instead I get the same error message everytime I try and log in on the app, says something about I need to contact the administrator because it hey cannot reset my password. I don’t need to change my password, and I know what it is so it’s not incorrect. You need to fix this bug so I can sign in for work on my phone.

Log in issues
Worked perfectly fine night before last bit last night refused to bring up keyboard to log in had to enter and close it to get it where I had to copy and paste my password to log in use every night plz fix this urgently

horrible experience. Will not allow log in and there is no way to get help with this. My login works on the web version just fine.
Error
I need this app for work. We have reset my password. But it keeps telling me to check with my administrator. I can login on the website but not this application
Font size
The font size doesn’t change in spite of changing it in setting of the iPad. Having option to change font size will help to read things clearly on different screen sizes.
Can’t login
This app used to be really great. You could chart on the go if your facility computers were all taken by the LPNs or RNs and now you can’t login at all. It was quick chatting and very organized. Now it tells me to contact my administrator. Please fix it!! It saved me so much time!
Notifications options
I use this app everyday for work but why can’t this app get notification updates? My job does daily updates on communications and I never know about them until later in the day when I have to keep logging in. Please have the option to get notifications from this app. It will really help!!!
Only 4 CNAs
I was very excited about this app until I discovered that it would only let me chart as a nurses’ aide. I tried to change my position to licensed nurse and even tried ALL positions without success. There is no way to access the eMAR or TAR and no way to write progress notes. Helpful for nursing assistants. Useless for nurses.

Can’t sign into the app
Can’t sign in. I could sign in last week but not this week but I can still sign in on the Internet version.
Will not let me log on the app
I am able to login on the website with no problem but on the app it says I need to reset my password. I did get my password rest but the only place I have an issue logging into is the mobile app.
