Upgrades turning to downgrades
Layer feature never seems to work. You Click on it, select the layers you want and applying them, but then it just says an error occurred while searching please try again later.. Use to work all the time but within The last couple of years ( seems as though when Geotab was incorporated) it has not.. very frustrating

This app is terrible . Companies need to create something that works better and is more reliable.

Runs fine on Mobile but these Galaxy Tablets swift uses make pointe run slow.
Needs major network optimizations like the ability to disable the GPS on the Load Page.
Each time you load a new tab it’s pulling directly from the network instead of keeping the Dispatch list in Memory.
GPS is dog water compared to Trucker path so I don’t even use it.
Messages need priority filters based on the automation used to send them to you.
IE Origin and Destinations.

The dark mode is terrible go back to way app used to be also after the update none of my macros work, lose the dark mode it is a terrible feature

I’m sorry, but I gotta give this app a low rating mainly for one reason—it does not have a dark mode.
We shouldn’t be looking at our phones while driving. But as truck drivers, we still use this app constantly during our stops, breaks, and pre-trip planning. And when it’s dark outside, opening this app is like getting hit with high beams straight to the face. It’s blinding, strains the eyes, and just makes the experience way worse than it needs to be.
Dark mode isn’t some fancy extra anymore; it’s a basic feature in modern apps. It helps with eye strain, saves battery on OLED screens, and makes it way easier to use in low-light conditions. Honestly, this should’ve been implemented already.
So to the developers please add dark mode. It’s a small update that would make a huge difference for the people using this app daily. Until then, I can’t give it a higher rating.

Needs a update immediately can’t send paperwork. have team leaders calling me to send them to paperwork to there personal phone number.cant sit everyday for 30 minutes or more to send a days work of paperwork.

October 2023, App is not syncing messages and when I sent a message It’s not received by dispatch, and I am not receiving messages from dispatch when they send me a message
