Love this app
This app has as many features as my other accounts at bigger banks, and it’s less confusing! External transfers is a big plus, making it easier to move money. My accounts are organized how I like them. Couldn’t say enough great things about the app and this bank!
Worst app
Banks technology is so outdated. It’s caused me to miss payments and not be able to see met balance because the app isn’t working most of the time. I will be closing this account.
Old App Was Better
I have ran into nothing but difficulties with this app. Multiple times upon logging in, I have received a notification that states that the app “can’t retrieve my account.” But, I will try a few hours later and it will work just fine. Its very inconsistent. Additionally, I have tried so many times to change my delivery method for the security code considering the app insists on sending me one every single time I log in, but I have been unable to each time. Also, I have had to reset my password TWICE because after just one failed attempt, it says I am locked out of my account and need to reset my password. Simply checking an account balance should not be this difficult.

For real this update is this best! Was so happy to see it functioning super well with all the new features. Love love love! Getting too excited over my banking app😆
