It killed my grade

Words can’t describe how much I hate this app because every once in a while it logs me out and when I ask for it to reset my password it doesn’t send me an email for whatever reason and the cause of that i have to spend 10 minutes trying to find out what the problem is but the problem is that I have a graded participation grade for using it and because of the apps inability to make any sense I received 0%s on multiple different occasions because the software doesn’t do what it is supposed to do
