Needs improvements

Doesn’t come with the current version of OpenStreetMap, so frustratingly many of the POIs will lead you on a wild goose chase because they don’t exist anymore. I haven’t found any way to update the version of map that it uses.

It often aborts on the Apple Watch SE using WatchOS 7.2.

If these issues were corrected, this app could’ve been nice. But it doesn’t seem like it’s being updated anymore. For now, I can’t recommend it.

Great app!

App originally didn’t work for me - but developer has fixed and now works great - great app!

Horrible

I also paid the $.99 for upgrade and could not be more disappointed. Compared to free google maps I bet this shows like 35% of places to eat. It has to be a decade out of date

I’m sorry that there weren’t many food locations in your area. The app relies on data from OpenStreetMap, which is entered by volunteers (like Wikipedia) and is generally more comprehensive than Apple or Google Maps in most places, but has some gaps where there are only a few local volunteers. As a result of your review (and that of Bill2011) I have added online POIs from Apple as well, to fill in the gaps in such areas. So now you get the benefit of two sources of POIs. It would be great if you could check out the latest version and maybe update your review if you find that it has improved in your area. Thanks.

POIs for North America are pathetic

I paid the 99 cents for the expanded POIs. Very few locations show up. For food, probably 30 locations within 5 miles shows 1. Shows others but they might be 20 miles away. Really worthless

Great .....But

Love this map has lots of features , however , if like to be able to rotate the map which isn't possible and should have been implemented won the app was released, hence the 4 star review , This app has massive potential please continue to push the boundaries also please implement more 3D Touch gestures especially pop and peek when pressing on POI like showing pics of the location and links routes etc. Also I notice some stores are not showing up for my location etc laundry services some stores that are close to me so please fix.
