Not a customer oriented company and service
They don’t seem to have real programming capabilities over their own platform and as a consequence are unable to accommodate even basic feature requests from customers. They offer close customer service but with nearly zero true listening to what the customer really is asking for. I do not recommend Poka and would not contract their platform for my own business.

No Audio?!
Unable to hear the audio on videos in the Poka app and slow, nearly impossible to upload videos. Error usually pops up before the upload can be completed. iPhone XS Max.
