Rotten spring mix
I love this place! But recently, the spring mix had been rotten and wilted. They sometimes soak your food in so much sauce to the point where it is disgusting. The portions have been less than we pay for. Some of the employees give more than what you pay and others give barely nothing. I ended up having half of what i usually get because the employee didn't follow instructions. She was rude and treated me bad. I feel very unwelcomed.
2/3 of my experiences there, I have had rotten spring mix and I had to pick all of the rotten pieces out of my bowl, which was more than half. The food tastes really good, but it depends on the day and who is serving. Its a hit or miss.

Not happy
The fact that they made an app helps me not having to login every time but I keep clicking to redeem my rewards and nothing pops up. I tried finding some kind of contact information on the app and on the website and nothing. I resorted to twitter and no one’s bothered to reply. Customer service is basically non existent.
