I genuinely think this game is so fun. Only played for 5 mins ands is so cool! Will recommend.
Clearly don’t care about balance
Some of the mechanisms in the game are completely broken, namely sleep.
Game runs like trash after the most recent update.
Can’t play more than 2 battles before the game lags so bad that I miss up to 45 seconds of my turn. It’s lost me games. Just allow us to not have to have all the flashy animations if that’s gonna tank the performance. And I run low setting at 30 FPS and it still runs poorly.
Update: Dropping to a 1 star, this game is literally unplayable after the update. The lag is so horrendous that you will literally get 60+ seconds of unresponsive laggy UI in battle. And will just have to close the app. How can this still be an issue? I’ve been an avid player since the first set and it’s never been this bad.

Stale gameplay and unoptimized running
Came back after a few months of not playing. There are no new game modes and the game lags like crazy.
Doesn’t respect your time.
The game is so RNG-heavy, that you can play as skillful as you can and set-up your win condition, only to lose because of not nailing a coin flip. Waste of time.
The game is also unoptimized. A lot of lag, menus and animations that slow everything down. Respect yourself, and don’t waste your time on this game.

Total Ripoff - Don’t Spend Money On This Game
Been playing since the beginning. Spent over $100 on the new set (stupid me, my fault, oh I know) and only got 3 EX cards. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m warning you now because I was dumb enough to spend money on this game - don’t do it. It will not be worth it.

Affects your sleep
Had the worst sleep of my life the one week I had this game. One night I couldn’t sleep all night because I saw the cards flashing around in my head. The way they designed this app is to affect your brain chemistry. It was so bad I deleted the app. I like the game but wish they wouldn’t make it so flashy and addictive to affect your sleep.

Newest update 8/6 ruined step up battles
It makes consistent mistakes on auto battle not just that but the hands you get are rigged and so are theirs. I loved this game but this is messed up. To the devs that should of noticed this but some how didn’t shame on you for ruining Pokémon’s name with ai.

This game is really good, because you are able to collect mega Pokémon cards, shinies and so much more. But could there be 2 star stadium cards and full art supporters. If the Pokémon company is reading this review, please consider on adding better features to make the app more like real Pokemon TCG. Thank you.

Gaming software AI needs tweek, refusal to accept a loss, card stacking, through 20 runs
AI stacked decks, randomization lost. Get on it bois, this effect will lead to cascade failure across all AI driven gaming, a scrabble type game locked a player out of dropping tiles because AI was losing, literally blacking out spaces. This may seem a minor issue, but extrapolate this issue with other AI managed or controlled systems, guidance,weapons,manufacturing systems. Kinda has me worried.tbh

Ai rigged as all hell
I’ve tested multiple different decks and for some reason the AI knows EXACTLY what to bring to counter me. Ruins the fun for solo battling in it’s entirety
