Why can’t I find you in the apps? I want to add Poker Arena on to my other iPad but can’t find it in apps.

Played game a couple weeks, all okay. Purchased small pack of chips, OK for a day, now everything (over a million) chips gone, avatar gone, like I just downloaded and have to start over. No response from them. BEWARE

I’ve been playing poker arena for years now but I’m disillusioned at how my bonuses don’t show up on my account(I do know how to add)!!! Also there is another matter that disturbed me and that I’m missing over 1 million in my account!! I haven’t been playing poker arena for a while because my winnings don’t correlate with what money I had won! I would like to play again but the way it is now, it’s impossible to play! Also your not consistent with payouts, let’s say two players are both holding K’s and one player may be holding a slightly higher card, well it will go either way on the payout? Either one player wins or both players win, it’s never consistent!!! I have written a review about this issue a long time ago but this issue has never been resolved ! Another you get a welcome back moneys and it does not reflect on my account! Can you please respond to this review because like I said I’ve been playing for years and the game is always entertaining, however don’t like how it’s been paying out I feel cheated, come on where did all my money go???? Help!

It's a fun game. Trixis place- you should actually get the globe and get to see Trixi go home. ( if you win)
