Poker Night Ledger

This update brings significant improvements to transaction accuracy and clarity throughout the app. We've overhauled the IOU cash-out logic to correctly distinguish between players who owe the house versus situations where the house owes the player, with notes and settlement screens now displaying the correct language in every scenario. The till balance now accurately reflects only cash transactions — credit and IOU activity no longer affects the till. We've also fixed a bug where transaction notes were not appearing in the Notes tab after editing a transaction type (e.g., switching from IOU to cash cash-out), and resolved an issue where the dashboard was showing stale credit owed amounts after payments were made. Overall, the math, wording, and settlement flow across the app should now be consistent and reliable.
