Poor features, little utility
Please add in the ability to filter tournaments by blind level time and by gtd. It’s impossible to use the app to find tournaments when I have to scroll past dozens of bad tournaments to find the good ones.

This app is impossible to look for rooms outside of where you normally play. Its focus is local. Waiting for something better.
Cool service but…
If ya pay for service…don’t expect much service. Simple things like getting your nickname approved seem to take an act of Congress. Non-derogatory and simple, simple process you would think. Been two weeks and nothing on that aspect. Tons of useless pop ups

Pro is worse than then the free
Do not bother buying the pro version the free version actually functions you can look up tournaments with no problem. I purchased the pro and all the functionality just stopped. I can look up events, but I literally can’t look up anything else I can’t look up poker rooms I can’t look up tournaments on a day-to-day basis just what casual tournaments are going on in my area all of which I used to be able to do with no four years I’ve been on Poker pro for probably five years or four years or however, long it’s been around extremely unhappy. I finally paid for the app and I get a much much worse product than the free version with no ability to communicate with anyone for a customer

This app is not well designed. The UI is terrible.
A few user friendly ideas
I should be able to see other waitlists at all venues even if I am on another list. That is part of the process of figuring out where you want to play
When I am on a list it should displayed on main screen not in a popular that works sometimes
When I select a table to waitlist it should show me where I am on all lists so I can plan not would be nice to know at all times where I am on each table I waitlist for
It just needs a complete redesign it is so 1980s

I got racially discriminated against by the new owner of Win! Derby and my review got deleted.
Recommendations
I like Poker Atlas and that a lot of card rooms use the platform.
My recommendations are to
1st centralize our check in QR codes. Having a different QR code for each card room is ridiculous and difficult to maintain. A single QR code for each profile would be better.
2nd Once you have centralized QR codes then offer a permanent QR code players card, not these simple pieces of paper we are handed by the car room. Here your premium membership could be worth the membership fee. You could even establish different colors/levels of membership QR code cards, like gold, diamond, and platinum.
