False purchase and incorrect charges

I like this app game however the time I purchase chips they charge me incorrect amount for example I purchase a $2.99 chips US dollars and they charge me more another time I purchase a .99 chips and they charge me ove amount I have send messages however they respond that it is not they’re fault this is stealing and false purchased to customers like me. I have chat w someone however they have not been helpful I have told them to provide me at last more amount of chips but they said pleas to send pics of the purchase how ever I cannot send the picture Ty for your time
