Honestly they have no problem taking your deposits from card or etransfer but as soon as you go to withdrawl they finally want proof of all your personal info and no matter how many tike syoi follow what they ask they will fond something completely wrong with it and say sorry they can not verify who you are or your bank account info which also you cant do direct card withdrawl only etrabsfer or some money app horrible

This is hands down the worst online casino app I’ve ever used. They make it impossible to withdraw your funds. They will take your money no problem. There is zero opportunity to speak with a human live on the phone, the chat support is useless. I spent 3 + hrs trying to get my money withdrawn, never was able to get it. Eventually, as they hoped/designed I went back in and played until impost it all.
