They let me deposit my money and as soon as it deposited, my account was mysteriously shut down for a random investigation. I provided every single piece of it verification they required and they just keep screwing around and refusing to refund. I even requested an annual cash out and close my accountant, but they refuse.

This site takes your money. Then blocks your account. Says some random security check. Then you can’t withdraw your money. They have no support phone number to call. I’ve been waiting over 8 hrs to get an email, that was supposed to take a few mins.

Don’t download it - Worst Experience Ever
I don’t often take time to review apps, I know it’s hard to smooth out all kinks, but this app is just plain horrible! I’ve been on other online casino apps and I’ve never had my account suspended for every deposit I made. I had already completed the verification process with bank statements and ID, yet every time I tried to make a deposit I got the message “you’ve been randomly selected for a check” at least a dozen times. There’s no chat support and to emails nobody answers, just the general automated emails. It has tons of glitches, I couldn’t withdraw $1000 of my wins (won $3,500 and only $2,500 was available) and then I had to play it all or forfeit it. The new player offer.. forget it, nothing of it got paid. Keep your money and go elsewhere or just don’t play. You’re gonna lose everything on this app for sure and a headache on top.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews. They don’t give you the deposit match welcome bonus. Everytime I deposited my account was frozen for “security check” multiple times. Had to give them bank statements, id, utility bill to unfreeze it (which is extremely weird.) then it continued to do the “security check” multiple times. Worse casino app I’ve ever played. Disappointed I gave them my money. Should’ve stuck with fanatics.
