Suggestions

I like the site but miss some of the things from the old PokerStars such as chat and how it would show what hand won the last deal etc. sometimes it goes so fast I can’t see what the winning hand was. Also I would sometimes like to see the last hand.

JokerStars show must go on

What can I say, the legacy of JokerStars continues with absolutely ridiculous trends of “surprise” bad beats when “lucky” ones have 2-4 outs or 5-10%, and get the magic card. Frequency of action combos like straight, flush, FH, and even quads is against any rules of probability. On top of that, just in 2 hours, rockets were dealt 6 times, with 1 time hitting the quads. I am not sure, which of them GG or FanDuel/JokerStars is worse, these two are the major players, who claim to be fair and unbiased, using audited and certified RNG (Rigged Nonsense Generator). As the rules of probability and mathematics are above them and the corrupt regulators support them, as they get something in return.

What a buggy rollout

UPDATE: after playing it for a couple hours, it’s significantly worse than PokerStars. The bet slider is horrendous. Want to bet more than the 3x the bb but less than 9x preflop? Too bad. You’ll timeout.

Want to play the 0.05 tables that are listed? Too bad. You can’t even queue for them because they’re not offered even though they’re shown 24/7 in the lobby.

Want to play a 9-10 person cash game? Nope. Can’t do it. Want to play a limit hold em game? Nope, not offered.

Want to play a sit and go tournament like you did on PokerStars? Nah, you can’t.

I am fully convinced this app was never tested before the merger.

Did no one beta test this? This app links to dead websites in their promos, I have a “$5 dollar bonus spin” that when I click just links to the table I’m currently playing at. Crazy that two big powerhouses in online gambling put out this trash to the public. If there wasn’t big names behind it I would immediately think this is a scam without questioning it.

Scam

I recently tried this poker app and, unfortunately, my experience raised several concerns that I feel potential users should be aware of.
During gameplay, I noticed repeated patterns and behaviors that did not feel consistent with typical human play. This made it difficult to determine whether I was competing against real players or automated accounts. The lack of transparency around player authenticity significantly impacted my confidence in the fairness of the platform.

Additionally, certain in-game outcomes and timing patterns appeared unusual, which further contributed to an overall sense of inconsistency. While I understand that variance is part of poker, these irregularities felt frequent enough to be concerning.

For an app centered around competitive gameplay, trust and transparency are essential. At this time, I do not feel confident recommending this platform to others, and I would advise caution before investing time or money into it.

I hope the developers take steps to improve clarity around player verification and ensure a fair, trustworthy environment for all users.

Not great

Just a watered down version of GG, no point using this app when GG has 10x better rewards system, UI, and playerbase.

404 errors

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this app. I never received the deposit bonus I was supposed to get, and every time I try to enter Spin & Go promotions, I’m redirected to a 404 error page.

I’ve already followed every troubleshooting step suggested by customer support, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. At this point, it seems like a glitch on their end rather than mine.

Please fix these issues so customers can actually access the promotions being advertised.

Installed the app 2 days ago and made first deposit, didn’t receive any of the promised bonuses. Not a very good start.

Scammy?

Every time I have a decent hand the game logs me out then signs me back in after hand is over with half my bank already put into the hand. It may just be new app problems etc, but after having this happen 5 times I’ll be giving this at least 6 months to iron out the issues before giving it another chance, I’m not dropping money to a billion dollar company as a Ginny pig
